Just what i needed to get organized and everything filed away nicely.

These are just what you would expect, manilla file folders. The work perfect to organize and file my stuff away so I can find it when I need it. Just as good as the more expensive brands, no need to spend more. 5 star product.

Wish it came in it’s own fitted box

I was surprised that the folders came in a loose shipping box. I guess I hadn’t read it carefully . The folders themselves were of quality.

Perfect for our needs

We use most of these folders for self-guided courses that are handed out to inmates at a local jail. They hold up very well for how often they get handled.

Some corners were bumped, 3 kinds of tabs, 100 doesn't divide by 3

1. some corners were bumped. Not a very big deal but it means the packaging is not perfect. If you have OCD, it might bother you from a little to a lot. 2. There are 3 kinds of tabs. Therefore, in the box, you'll find 3 blue files, 3 green files, 3 orange files, 3 red files, 3 yellow files, and it'll repeat. But in every 20 files, one tab will be missing, which means in 20 files, you'll have 6 complete trios of files, and one duo of files. Since there are 5 colors, there will be one missing per color. In other words, files in your box may arrive sorted like this: 2 blue files, 3 green files, 3 orange files, 3 red files, 3 yellow files, 3 blue files, 3 green files, 2 orange files, 3 red files, 3 yellow files, 3 blue files, 3 green files, 3 orange files, 3 red files, 2 yellow files, 3 blue files, 3 green files, 3 orange files, 3 red files, 3 yellow files, 3 blue files, 2 green files, 3 orange files, 3 red files, 3 yellow files, 3 blue files, 3 green files, 3 orange files, 2 red files, 3 yellow files, 3 blue files, 3 green files, 3 orange files, 3 red files, 3 yellow files. A box of 99 files or 102 files would have avoided that (little) mess, I believe.

Great Product

I got all 100 in great condition! The file folders are versatile and sturdy enough for the job. I would purchase again. If you didn't notice in the picture, 1/3 of the folder name tags are situated on the upper left hand corner, another 1/3 in the middle, and the final 1/3 on the right.

FYI These have Staggered folder tabs

Your original product information does not state clearly that these are designed with a staggered folder tab design, the folder tabs are not all in same position. This might not matter to some but for others with an established filing system its a deviated change that was not specified in the pictures nor in the information provided in the base description. I only found out about that after receiving them. Just be wary if this is a concern for you.

Work well, but why only 10% recycled?

It's disappointing that Amazon is such a laggard on environmental issues. This is a decent product, but there's no reason that Amazon can't demand more ecologically-friendly products from its suppliers. When you're one of the largest corporations in the entire world, it's your job to help make sure the planet survives.

Basics are the Dollar store Version but the same quality as big box stores

Pricing is good, I found these at the low cost stores but you have to buy a lot and the savings by the time you get them are just about nil. So...why bother when they get delivered to your door! Quality is the identical IMHO to the large stationary supply stores that I've seen. I do like the fact that I can get them with left, right and center tabs in this pack. Recommend the basic brand
