I've had this for about a month.
Appearance: The bag looks great on my FXDWG. Fit: The bag comes with one strap to hold it to the bike. I think they should have put more holes in the strap (I had to add three more holes) or better still, add a second strap. If you want to add this bag to Wide Glide forks, the single strap isn't enough so be prepared to add holes. If you have stock risers, you could put it there but you'll need to add holes in the other direction. Function: It's a tool bag and it holds my tools. I keep mine in plastic zip lock bags to keep them from the elements and everything rolls up nicely and fits well into the bag. I have four screw drivers, five allen keys, a socket wrench with three sockets, a couple of cleaning rags, zip ties and an extra 24" bungee cord. There is a lot of room inside the bag but it doesn't look bulky from the outside. I would buy this again but that strap is a problem for me, that's why I pulled a star.

Good bag, but has some flaws
Pretty nice bag, well made, sizing is accurate, the outer leather shell is supple and we'll made, price point-wise, it's nice.. however, a few miscues keep this from being 5 stars: There is only a single mounting strap on the back (2 is more common), and because the mounting cut outs are set a little too low, it's a bit of a pain to get it snug and facing forward properly. Also, there is an inner and outer shell fused together and it looks and feels like the thicker inner shell is synthetic (not sure, just an opinion). It's a good bag that will take some effort to get it secure and looking right, but once you do, it should fit your needs for a mid size tool bag.

Basic, functional, good for the price.
I like it overall. It's very stiff though and I've been using it for a couple months now. I've put more stuff in there that I thought it'd hold. Looks nice on my Vulcan. The parallel leather straps that attach to the forks have stretched now and the pouch falls and rests onto the front fender. Not a problem though. Maybe I'll punch another hole to the strap and thus tighten the hold so it stays up near the signal bar. The vertical straps aren't long enough to hang it from the signal/light bar. They're the same as the closure straps with the buckle. Also, the ezpass tag won't be read in this. I put mine there on purpose so I could go through tolls without having to affix the stupid tag on the bike, but no good. I only tried it once and it was a pain to get it out with one hand (unbuckling the strap) while at the toll gate.

Harley purse
So you gotta have some place to put at a minimum your registration and insurance information. Plus I like the have an extra pair of glasses and a few tools, maybe some sunscreen. The size of this bag is adequate. Material is fair and craftsmanship is just okay. But it’s cheap. It does the job that I got it to do. It will do until I find something nicer. And it looks decent. If you’re just looking for an inexpensive bag to carry a few items, this is a perfectly decent one. I would buy it again Thanks for reading

Great tool pouch
Bought this to mount onto a 97 Harley Sportster. The included straps are long enough to allow for several mounting options. I decided to mount the bag to the forks just above the lower tree. I used one strap (included) to weave from the inside of the bag around one fork tube, back into the bag, out to the next fork tube and back into the bag. This allowed me to keep the buckle in the bag so it is not visible and makes the installation a little cleaner. It is also pretty tight so it does not move around at highway speeds. The bag is also a good size. I have several combination wrenches, an 8" adjustable wrench, a Phillips and flathead screwdriver, needle nose pliers, wire cutters, a spare pair of glasses, a bunch of cable ties, about 20' of paracord, a rag, and a steering lock. Believe it or not I could fit a little bit more in there too. Lastly, the leather is pretty good quality, especially given the price, but once rubbed down with leather honey it looks so much better. Can't even tell it's a relatively cheap bag.

Excellent quality and good size.
This pouch is nicely crafted. As with all leather, the straps are stiff and need to be broken in. The size is very good. I have a big Starbucks steel travel mug and it exactly fits. I ride a 2009 V Stat 250 with a windshield so I had doubts about it fitting over the handle bars. As suspected, it didn't fit due to the windshield. On a small bike like this, it needs to rest completely over the top of the headlight unrestricted. However, it would have fit if not for the windshield. Regardless, the straps are versatile and I was able to strap it to the side of my bike between the turn signal support and right side helmet hanger. It actually looks and works quite well like this. I will try and take a picture to post later since I see none already. Overall, I am very happy for $20. Also, if you wanted to use it for tools, you could easily fit all the midsize wrenches, ratchets, screwdrivers, and tire gauges you need. The length may restrict longer wrenches (I'll post dimensions later also).

Not too thrilled
Bought the bag to hang off my forks to keep some basic tools and a set of fresh plugs. The first tool bag was returned due to poor craftsmanship. This 2nd pouch seems like it needs a 3rd strap in the middle or needs some internal support to keep it's shape better as it bows out in the center and looks kinda crappy. Not being very happy with how it looked I removed some tools and made additional holes in the tie down straps to try and close the gap. It helped slightly. I have only had it a few months and already the bag lost its soft feel and the "leather" is very stiff. The first picture is after the initial install. The 2nd picture is after 4 months of use. I do not recommend unless you plan to put a t-shirt or something that is very lightweight and will help fill the entire bag so it holds its shape. Looks terrible on my Bike and I plan to replace this bag with something of better quality. I am currently looking for a different bag that is a bit more sturdy and will close better and look nicer.
