Not worth it, even if it wasn't broke.

First off, I'm not a fan of this "smart" system stuff anyway. This hobby is more than expensive enough before needing a new ecosystem for batteries. If this charger worked for regular batteries too, it would be a much better proposal. The only reason I bought it was because the website I bought my new batteries from said nothing about needing a specific charger to manage them. If Batteries were easier to return, I would have been done there. But here we are. This charger is expensive; more so than a different quality charger that charges all types of batteries. The batteries it is needed for are expensive; more so than other high quality batteries that work with any good charger. This charger showed up with a caved in screen. A quick search of some forums and it is not rare and not simply an isolated shipping mishap. The "smart" technology premise this charger works on is also not always so smart. It is known to prematurely fail and relegate the expensive smart batteries to be worthless. Although, this was said to be of the previous iteration of the tech. Ultimately, even if this didn't show up with a caved in screen, there is no reason you can't save money and buy proper chargers and batteries which require a few more steps to manage. Especially over the life cycle of a machine or two, there are way more versatile and useful options for less money.

I wish they had this charger years ago I just had to buy adapter plug for all my other lipo batteries it give a perfect charger everytime

Great so far

After just a few charges and storage after flights, this charger works way better than my other one. It so far does a very good job on balanced charges and all cells measure equal on storage discharge after auto shutoff. Happy so far with it.
