Arch support

Bought and returned a different brand. I was looking for a deep heel and good arch support, these do the job.

IT WORKS!!!

My left heel was sooo painful to step down on, I was considering a cane! These Orthodics relieved the pain almost instantly! Trouble is I have natural high arches and took to wearing :flip flops: 85% of the time and my arches broke down. This changed my gait and all manner of things were displaced eg; my left hip. I was just beginning to do Dr. Howes foot pain cure (PF)- YT and decided to try these after thorough research. I picked a "winner!" and am ordering a second pair. I've gained new respect for my feet for getting me "around the planet pain-free and without a cane! I am taking long walks to strengthen my hips and foot muscles. Doing Dr.Howes exercises to rid myself of PF. Lastly I wear tie up which will help rebuild & support my "fallen arches" these also align the spine. Hope this helps.

Great insoles

Really like these. They fit well in my shoes and I see a huge difference on my feet and knees when I’m running.

Supports ok

The support on these insoles are o k but I don't think that these will last more than a month not happy

Very pleased with fit, quality, and support as I am someone with flat feet. They are quite comfortable but also supportive.

ARCH SUPPORT DONE RIGHT

This is a real good and sturdy arch support. I am slightly flatfooted so having a firmer arch support is important to me. Be prepared to feel the difference in your arch. I threw all my other flimsy ones a way.

These have been a foot saver!

I've been doing a lot of painting, and I had an older pair of shoes I was willing to get paint on. Before I put in these inserts, my feet were killing me at the end of the day. Now, I can make it through the day with minimal discomfort. I would definitely purchase these again.
