Good general purpose paper, works well with various inks, the size is perfect, can be cut easily for smaller sheets.

Well it’s paper
I’ve always enjoyed using this brand of paper - I mainly work in pencil or pen but I’ve also used paint on this paper with no issues - knocked it down a star due to the corners being turned up slightly due to packaging

I doubt it's 98lb.
It's good paper. I always buy canson. But there is no way it's 98lb. It is not nearly as thick as the 100lb, or even 96lb paper I have in other sizes by canson.

Love this tablet
The paper is grest. I glue in smaller paper artworks for reference and exploration. I will want another soon.

Several pages came sliced apart but otherwise perfect
I’m torn because this paper is absolutely perfect, except that the top several pages came totally sliced up and indented. Frustrating!

Not connected
This was loose sheets of paper. That caught me off guard. Otherwise the paper is great. Takes a lot of moisture.

Canson paper, what else is there to say?
Canson 98lb is my go to for almost everything, from sketching to layouts, to doodles to finished art. I use it so much that buying in bulk is a great option. I love it for pencil and ink. Just enough tooth to give me the texture I'm looking for. Works great for markers and can handle acrylic, gouache and watercolor (although it will wrinkle up a little to a lot depending on how wet your paint is). Most wrinkles can be pressed out though. Can be hard to erase deep pencil lines so watch your pressure. The only issues I've had are banged up corners on the stack or a light crease as a result of shipping. Doesn't always happen, but I'm prepared that it may. My art rarely extends to the edge of the page so it hasn't been an issue for me but the perfectionists out there may be disappointed. Canson consistently makes an excellent product. Can't recommend their paper enough!

Great value, good paper
This came as a cellophane wrapped package of paper with a strong cardboard backing. It was not glued or bound together in any way. But at that price per sheet, all's well. I've used it full size or cut it in half. So far, I've only tried dry media - pencils, colored pencils, charcoal, pastels. I like the way it works, although the texture does show through for colored pencils a bit more than I want, so I'll use other papers for that. On balance, I'm pleased with what I got.

Off sizing
Be warned the pages are not all the right size. I would say one out of every five the size is off. Not by much, but for my project it was an issue

Ordered the wrong paper, but in the end very satisfied.
Used for cyanotype, works very well for the use I have. Even though thin to what I regularly use I was going put a backing any how. Ended up as the perfect paper.
