Color is off

Well made, faux leather is sturdy Stitching is good. Over all its a nice chair but the cream color is not cream. Had to return because of the color. Its a wheat color with undertone of green. Yellow, cream , slight greenish huge. I am a interior color specilaist so the color was important to me. Also a bit hard in lining up the screws and tightening with the line up of the threads. Suggestion.. need lubricant on the bolt to help tighten. Lining up is difficult too! but be patient. It was very chanllenging for sure! And then after putting together I just could not deal with the color .

Good after some work

I orders 8 of these chairs. 6 of them went together good, two of them not so much. When I was putting the screws that connect the back to the seat I ran into a problem where the screw holes didn’t aline with the holes in the back. Therefore I had to carve out wood in the holes so it had enough wiggle room to fit into the back. It took a couple hours to put all of them together with this setback. After I got them all together, they work amazing. The seat is super comfortable and it’s a lot sturdier that I had even imagined. I would rate it a 3.5/5 stars.

Misleading description - not leather!

Overall, the chairs are not bad but they are not what I expected to receive from the description. They are not leather - more like a rough velvet. The reason I wanted leather material is for easy cleaning because I have small kids in the house. The “leather” material on these chairs does not look like it would be easy to clean at all. It started staining within the first week I had the chairs. Assembly was not easy as the holes do not align so some holes may need to be re-drilled. I did like how the bottom of the chair is covered with a cloth with Velcro making all the bolts and screws not visible if you ever look underneath the chairs. Also, the chairs are very lightweight and are pretty small in size, so they feel and look pretty cheap. For these reasons, these chairs are not good for formal dining, in my opinion, but they would be ok as breakfast nook chairs (small table). I have to admit that they are pretty comfy: soft and designed for comfortable sitting.

There's no Foot Rest on This Bar Stool

Once assembled it is pretty nice but I'd prefer if it had a foot rest. I find it uncomfortable to rest my feet on the brace. It was a little hard to assemble but once done, it was quite sturdy. It has good instructions. I bought this used and so saved some money and it is quite attractive.

It arrived damaged

The chair overall feels it will everyday use. I purchase the black # 3 chair. It is a silky (cloth) material. nothing to resemble leather or nowhere similar to velvet, which is what I wanted. The height is about 3 inches higher than advertised. I use it for a high counter. Too BAD this company decided to go CHEAPO on the packaging. As you can see in the picture, it was damaged in transition. Three stars (substractions from stars) 1- for not describing the material and making customers doubt. 2) for not investing in customer experience when opening a brand new item and sending damaged goods.

impossible to put together

Holes are at the wrong angles; holes are on the wrong sides of the legs. Holes are partially covered by chair fabric. This may be the worst purchase I've made in my life. You think putting IKEA together is a task? at least it comes together. This is the absolute worst product I've ever dealt with--and it is like "dealing" with it. Just a complete nightmare. You are warned.

Not real wood nor real leather

When this arrived, the package was very light. I realized that was because this is not real wood as I had thought. Perhaps I misread the product description.

Good quality and as nice as in pictures

Beautiful chairs, had a hard time with shipping, they kept charging me over and over saying they hold funds for 10 days and charge again when shipped caused a terrible experience for me. But the product once arrived is good quality and I'm happy with the chairs.
