it fits in the 24" tube our RV has above the drain, so a WIN!
our new to use RV had a 24" tube behind a locked door above the drain, none of my fancy "high end" dump lines would fit in the tube. This one just fits, without the pyramid shaped fitting (which I stow with the rest of the sewer stuff). Seems reasonably well made, can't really comment on durability.. I have yet to wear out a stinky slinky...

So far so good. I will see how it holds up. I looked very closely at fittings and hose prior to use due to bad reviews. No issues. Used it 3 times this week. I also stretched it to its limits as 10ft use but short. I ended up buying a Rino flex 10-foot Extention as I have a second galley gray water tank at the rear of the coach. I would recommend that you get a 15 ft hose. 2 of the 3 dump stations were at the limit of the hose. My prior RV has 15 ft apparently as there was always enough length even if you pulled up short or too far of the dump pad. Just my experience. Take a tape measure and see what 10 ft really is for your setup. UPDATE! Nov 01 2019 Went the whole season with no problem except one: Outside temp was in the high 30's. I found that I could not stretch the hose to anywhere near ten feet. It extended to about 6 feet. As I have a rhino flex detention it was a minor inconvenience. If I only had the Camco 10 footer it would have been a big problem. So keep this in mind if you are one of us that enjoy late-season camping. BTW the Rhrinoflex was stiff but extended fully.

With a little work fit great in my storage tube.
I haven't used this item yet (Confirmed & Updated Below). I looks to be a good quality for the price. I purchased a longer Rhino Flex sewer kit but that unit did not fit my storage tube. So I tried this shorter unit. It compresses to 24" with the 90` elbow attached but not the threaded pit adapter. It would not fit my 4 1/2 " Valterra tube. I had to trim the tightening nipples on the bayonet fitting to fit into the tube (Pic 1). I am using this with a Rhino flex 45` clear adapter and trimmed the fasteners and now it fits assembled (Pic 2). into my storage tube The threaded adapter needs to rotate up or down to fit inside the tube also but everything fits in my 46" tube! (Pic 3) Update: Filled my Grey Tank (+/- 40 gallons) and tested out before hooking up black tank.....I highly recommend this to everyone! This worked exactly as expected. I measured the length while draining, right at 10' could be longer if stretched more but I didn't want to push the limit. I needed a shorter Unit! For the price this unit exceeded my expectations, for this reason I Updated to 5 stars!

Affordable price. Not a cheap hose, but not top of the line either. Don't know how many years it will last. No issues. Dies not come with hose clamps. Recommend seperate purchase.

4 in threads do not match 4 in standard cleanout threads.
I got it in good time, but had to go to several hardware stores to find one 4 inch ABS clean out that would accept at least 1 turn on threads. Even then, the fit is not good. 9 tries and no match to thread completely into the clean out. Factory promised a replacement, but I have to assume they are all going to be miss matched on threads, almost metric , I do not know. IMHO. update, got it to work with almost two turns, but used plenty of lubricant to get there. Product had negative leaking reviews , so added silicone (red) sealant to the connections on both ends. No problems found and is working fine. upgraded to 3 stars.

It’s a shitter hose
What can I say it’s a sewer hose. It works, it doesn’t leak. The 90 degree end doesn’t fit in a 4” bumper so I need to find somewhere for it.

Just the right length for ease of use
Being a rookie at using a trailer I thought that I would need a much longer hose but this length seems just to prevent sagging and is easier to flush out.
