Great product and Excellent Customer Svc
Received product as promised. It was missing the lid. Customer service was immediately responsive and sent the lid right away. I received it and am happy overall. Spout is sturdy and I am satisfied with it all. Will be buying again! Thank you for your help.

Great Wash Station for my classroom
I got this for my classroom since I don't have a sink. The handle makes it very easy to carry after it is filled. It fits in the school dishwasher so it can be washed often. We use it multiple times a day to wash our hands. It works great. We catch water in a pail below the spigot. I highly recommend it for the classroom without a sink.

3 Stars as Received, 5 After Adding a Second Washer(a hose washer) to the Spigot
As seen in other reviews this is bound to leak as it is. Knowing I could find a way to fix if needed I bought it for the great price and capacity for mixing hummingbird nectar in the peak season. I go through as much as 2 gallons a day so mixing large amounts ahead of time saves time especially concerning cleaning pans. This should come with two washers for the spigot as I tightened it so much with just one that I thought it was going to break and it still leaked. A garden hose washer fits perfect. If you're concerned about using a garden hose washer for beverages and/or health department concerns contact Cambro. Perhaps they will send you another white one and maybe they will soon get the message that it needs two. I emailed them about this but haven't gotten a response. A larger spigot would help with flow also but I didn't knock them for that.(actually I did) 4 of 5 stars. You do need to loosen the lid for dispensing. I expected that. I taught my son about that a long time ago about my travel mug having two holes in the lid. For something(coffee) to come out something(air) had to get in.

The sprout leaks all the contents out.
The Container is great as long as you are not using it to store liquids. The spout leaked all of the contents out. A lot of money ended up on the floor.

Durable, great for parties, has a handle!
This is THE COOLEST jug for drink dispensing I’ve ever had! I usually use just small glass ones from Walmart, but we’re having a birthday party with a lot of guests, so this bad boy is going to be AMAZING to accommodate 20+ people! The durability is an amazing, it came with some stickers (pictured in my review), and best of all it came with a handle. We’re so excited to make use of this in the next couple weeks! The price is too good to pass up, too! I have 5 kids so it will come in handy for all of the birthday parties we have in our future. Thanks Amazon for never letting me down!
