Meh

The sticky crap theu give you doesn't work well and it naturally bends on you preventing you from having it completely flat. Will spend more money next time on a better product. Don't waste your time here.

No so strong double side tape

Easy to use and simple to install except for one bad thing. Double side tape is not that strong to hold down the cable cover onto the floor. Also the tape is not long enough to cover the whole cable cover. I had to buy myself double side tape that is long and strong enough.

Poor Packaging

Because this Overfloor Cord Protector was poorly packaged, it arrived with two tight bends that kept it from lying flat on the floor. The protector had to be warmed in hot water to relax the tight bends, then performed as it should.

Stiff not easy to adhere sticky tape

Its a hard rubber very difficult to work with . I used a 5 foot piece. I placed it into my oven set at 150 degree's for 20 minutes. That action removed the curl and it laid flat, it also accepted the two sided tape much better being flat.

It was shorter in person

For some reason, it was shorter in person. Uncurling it was rough. It did not fit my needs so I returned it.

Great line backer at a great price.

As many reviews have stated the product comes tightly rolled in the box so will not lay flat when you get it - but this is very easily remedied by rolling opposite direction then putting back in box overnight. It still had some rolling at the ends as a couple reviews have stated - this is how I addressed that and it works very well: Used my heat gun being VERY CAREFUL to not overheat and melt the cord protector. Got it very warm and pliable like a wet spaghetti noodle, focusing on the curled ends. Kept the heat gun always moving so it would not burn or melt any spot. Then laid it flat on my garage floor (didn't want to heat my finished wood floor) and allowed it to cool perfectly flat. It now lies flat and straight even at the ends. The dimensions are as advertised, length, width, height and channel. Easily accepted a 14 gauge power strip cord - but am certain this is the largest cord it will accept. If smaller interior extension cords, you could probably get 2 in without any problem, maybe 3? It looks MUCH better on my wood floor than just a slinky extension cord. The cord is also well-protected. A good solution for running permanent wiring to one of my end tables that sits away from any wall. I did not use the adhesive tape as I don't want that on my wood. But I did keep the tape roll to use for some other project at some time. Very happy with he purchase for price, shipping, quality and function. I would buy this again and I do recommend it.

Re: Legrand CORDUCT Cord Protector (5 ft., brown *Disclaimer: this review is based on my individual experience with this product. The good: the thickness of the product is great. Not too thick that it creates a tripping hazard but thick enough to remain rigid to protect the electrical cord. The slot on the bottom is a good size and it’s easy to insert the electrical cord. I only inserted a large cable but there would have have space for two smaller cords on on each side of the middle. The protector was easily cut using a pair of kitchen scissors The bad: It takes a while to straighten the protector due to how it is wrapped. I removed mine, wrapped it in the opposite direction and put it on the box and let it sit for about 4 hours. When I removed it and straightened it, the protector mostly stayed flat except for at the ends (visible in my pictures) I’m hopeful in time it will lay down flatter on the ends. The product comes with tape which can be used to keep it flat and adhered to the floor base, which I may have to utilize. Overall: I’m very satisfied with this product and will order more soon.

Look great but hard to stick down

Love the concept, cords fit well but having trouble getting one of the pieces to stick down properly to wooden floor

Missing two-sided tape, not impressed

Didn’t receive the two-sided tape to stick the cover to the floor. Totally useless and now have to return.

Too bulky and hard

This was not what I expected. I wanted a cover to hide cords, but this thing is so hard to bend and ply onto a floor and looks bigger and bulkier than any electrical cord? It just wasn't what I expected?

The sticky tape not strong enough

The double sided tape provided is not strong enough. The end of the cable protector all cove off the floor within a day
