Clean and Sanitary
A bidet is so important to personal hygiene. Yes, it is cold water and in the winter months can be slightly uncomfortable, but the benefits make up for it tenfold. I would rather have a cold butt than a stinky or dirty butt any day of the year. The adjustment dial works great. I always run the self cleaning mode before and after using it. Cleaning is simple, just wipe with a Clorox wipe during normal cleaning. Installation was very simple, fast, and had well written instructions. You will need a wrench/pliers and a screwdriver.

Wow! This is genius!
Installation was not a problem at all. The instructions are detailed enough to guide one through each step and instill confidence. It's well made and it functions perfectly! I am instantly in love with this device. I thought the cold water might be a problem, but it is not at all an issue for me. I could not be more pleased with this clever device. And for the price it is a real value.

Clean as a whistle.
This is my second Brondell bidet. We used the first one two or three years. We need a very hard stream, necessary if you have prolapse or other problems requiring some inside cleaning. (Some complain stream is too hard, but it is very controllable and this is what I needed. In fact, the complaint I read is what induced me to buy this model.) The stream on the old one had gotten weak and more diffuse due to nozzle wear, which is understandable for a plastic nozzle. This one works very well for what we need. One author notes that if you do not want the option of a hard stream, you can open the nozzle a little with a drill. I have not tried it. My one complaint is that they changed the hardware. I was hoping to just disconnect the first seat and reconnect the new one without having to change the toilet end of the installation. Unfortunately, they used smaller fittings on the hose so all of it had to be changed. Since I couldn’t get behind or under the toilet very well, I had to take the tank off to do that. (Probably wouldn’t buy a fancy, stylish slab sided toilet again, as original installation of the toilet was also a pain, but that would be a different review, wouldn’t it? Anyway, they should leave the hardware the same for repeat customers. Another installation note: The new seat was about 1/4” thicker than the old one, so I had to get longer bolts. Not a product defect, but made my installation more difficult. The old one works fine and will go to a guest bathroom. Caution if young children are around. Any bidet will shoot out over the seat and onto the floor if they play with it. Ask me how I know.

Amazingly Functional and Good Value
3 years ago I helped some dear old frinds to move into a new house. While emptying out their garage they gave me an $800.00 TOTO that was used by their mom for a week before she passed. It was like new--after a light cleaning with some bleach. I was moving into a brand new home myself two weeks later, and installed the TOTO Washlet. I was skeptical, but after a couple of visits to the potty, I decided that toilet paper would never again be an option for me-- as long as I had electricity and running water in any place that would ever live in, for the rest of my earthly days. I found out that in Japan, So. Korea, and much of civilized Europe, they have had this type of washlet for years. And, I even recall seeing a funny looking toilet in Paris back in the 1961 when I was a young teen--and later found out it was a thing called a bidet.. Well, the beloved TOTO died. Most likely my fault, because I removed it in order to install a new dual-flush toilet---and, yes, I did do a very agressive cleaning on it. I think a high pressure water hose may have been involved... So, on to the internet to look for a suitable replacement...--never did use that hot-air fan blower on the TOTO---and actually always had the water temp turned down all the way. Found this little gem--ordered and installed it on my new "comfort height" elongated new throne--and could not be happier. First, had the nozzle all the way forward, but soon found out that the nozzle needs to be all the way back in a vertical position to aim corectly at my sweet spot. I think I am going to buy another one---just as a backup--just in case this unit is discontinued--like many other things. Ever save a label from a pair of pants that is perfect?----only to go back 6 months later to buy another pair? And be told--we do not carry those.... Love this thing. Pefect for very little money. And, yes, it does come with a nylon braided flex compression supply line of apparently good quality----although the thread size appears to be some proprietary type--metric, maybe---definitely NOT available at the H. Depot. Not 3/8 or 1/4 compression---something very much "other" The adapter "T" is very high quality, installs without any hassle--and does not leak, or cause any other strange side-effects. To get a bit technical---I wish Brondell would change their fittings to fit a standard 3/8 compression supply line. I realize these are mostly available in minimum 48 inch lengths--(standard dishwasher supply line) but---you could then splurge on a dual-outlet-dual shutoff valve (coming out of the wall) and also be able to buy a replacement line at the Depot-or similar. This way, you could shut off only the valve going to the washlet--while leaving your toilet functional---as when you remove the washlet for some heavy cleaning.

Great Product
We bought this in December 2017. This bidet is so easy to install and to use. Our grown-up children also were impressed and plan to order one for their homes. Priced very reasonably. Our order came quickly. Excellent product especially that it is metal connections and not plastic. We did not have to do anything but connect the water lines and toilet seat connections. Everything is included, it took only about 5 min. Instructions very good and also available on the internet. We love this bidet!

Easy Installation and Simple Operation
This was an alternative to installing a full size bidet. After traveling in Europe we decided a bidet would be a good thing to have. The installation was fairly easy (for a non-plumber like me). Mind you we did have the bathroom renovated 2 years ago so the plumbing was fairly new with the correct thread sizes in place. Once installed we tested the nozzle position for the best operation. (Why did the installer have to be the guinea pig? LOL). Anyways it does what it is supposed to and that's what counts. Suggestion: if they would have a model where the control sits under the left hand instead of the right?
