Pretty good

With the chlorine filtered out the water tastes better after you get used to it’s sudden purity. Coffee is certainly more flavorful. The reservoir can be filled after the tank is filled giving about a third more water.

Good for everyday use

We keep moving and hence we like to keep one water filter with us all the time. Its good deal and once you start drinking water from it you cant go back to tap water.

Got me to drink more water

My friends bullied me into buying a brita since i drink way too much soda. I never liked pitchers because they were too small and annoying to fill all the time. This has great water capacity and i love that i can just set it in the fridge and not have to pull it out any time i want a drink. Buy this, its worth the extra money

Long live Brita!

I bought this to use until my new refrigerator gets the waterline hooked up. This is so easy and requires fewer fillups than a pitcher. A bit pricey but compared to the smaller pitchers, well worth it. It's also handy for an outdoor barbecue. You can add some ice since the filter is at the top.

Great

We have now had two of these over the last three years and I love them. I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find the filters without ordering them online, but you can find them in most stores. We ordered one recently and it came cracked and damaged, and we received another one within 2 days. Happy with the product and service.

Easy to Use

Perfect fit for condo size fridge. It’s slim and doesn’t take up too much room. I like the way the lid is designed without having to open the entire lid to refill water. I’m satisfied with this purchase.

I bought this because it said 27 cups. but it is the same size as the 18 cup version that i have.

Brita dispenser

The media could not be loaded. Hello, I bought this Brita dispenser water filter one month ago and it presented this failure/broken in the container which makes the water drops fall and loose water other than ger the fridge wet. I am very upset as I thought the dispenser would be much more resistant than the bottles. It as brand new product and I expected to last for several years in perfect state. Is it possible to replace for a new one?
