Awesome Product.
Amazing product to use if you are suffering from chaffing between your legs. I work in conditions that sometimes get as hot as 120 degrees + and this ointment along with anti-chaf underwear is pretty much life saving lol.

Helps chaffing
This product has been a relief for the chaffing under my sports shirt and sports bra. I walk 3 to 5 miles a day and used to have a problem with raw, sore patches of skin under the edges of my sports bra and under my arm from the quick-dry sport shirts. Glide has brought relief for the long walks, in very warm weather and on the indoor treadmill.

Works ok, but the balm (stick) is far better
I liked the idea of the more lotion-like consistency of this anti-chafe product. I have always bought the balm version for running and decided to try something different. This product just doesn't help as much as the balm does, so I think i'll be moving back. Has a menthol-like scent.

Does the trick!
I use this for warm hikes, including a 4 day trip with 80 degree temps that I just did, and I didn't get any chaffing or blisters, like I usually would. :-D

Definitely works but wears off
This product definitely works but the longer you’re running for and sweating, the less it works. I haven’t done it but maybe reapplying would work. But it works great for me up to 8 miles in the summer heat!

It's no lanacane, but works well enough
Overall good enough product, I give it a 6-7 out of 10 for amount of friction that remains even upon first application, amount required to adequately saturate an area, and longevity throughout the day. Lanacane was my 10 until they stopped producing it recently.
