Built like a brick pagoda
Not much to say about this fuse block. It's big and rugged. Pricey for sure but when you want the best Blue Sea is the gold standard.

GREAT Product --- but --- came without a FUSE !!!
... PRODUCT = 100% Great ... verbiage in the sales pitch = NOT so much ... a PREMIUM Price = so I assumed I was going to receive a Fully Functional Fuse-Holder w/FUSE = NOT ... The advertisement NEEDS to spell it OUT in CAPITAL Letters = " FUSE NOT INCLUDED " !!! ... Other than the Week's WAIT to receive a PAIR of CLASS-T Fuses = a great Fuse-HOLDER ...

Blue Sea Systems is high quality stuff...
JUST a word to the wise: APPARANTLY there are different sizes of "class-T" fuses. i had no idea. honestly, i never heard of a class-T fuse before a few months ago. i got some Mersen 200A and 400A fuses for my solar setup. the 400A fit this JUST FINE! the 200A... well... needed some "modification". the holes were too small and too close together to fit this fuse holder. i had to drill the mounting holes in the fuses out to fit. in my inexperience, i mistakenly thought all class-T fuses were, well, standardized in size. they. are. not.

Great item could not have completed the job without it.
A much needed item.

Fuse pictured, not included, seller doesn't see a problem.
I initially bought two of these along with a bunch of other components because it was about $10 cheaper than a competing product which had recently gone up in price. The other company includes the fuse that is pictured. This company does not. To be mildly fair, this listing does say "Fuse not included" at the bottom of the description after the picture showing the fuse, and all of the details that talk about the amperage this can handle. But for me, and seemingly many other now frustrated buyers, it's not obvious that a fuse block would be pictured with the fuse, but the fuse would not be included. It's not obvious that a product at this price point wouldn't also include something that is absolutely essential to the function of the product. Maybe that's well known to people who install marine grade DC fuse blocks on a regular basis. But it's far from obvious to someone who doesn't. What is obvious is that there is a fuse in the picture, and the description goes into detail about how much amperage is handled. I now understand this to be about how much the block is designed to pass in normal use, not how much the fuse is rated to trip at. But again, that's not obvious. There may be many sellers offering this product using this listing, so I'll only point at Remington Resources for this part. I wrote to them indicating that I thought the advertisement was at best confusing, and at worst deliberately deceptive. I explained how the picture shows the fuse and the description discusses amperage. I asked that they send me the fuses. They responded politely and professionally, citing the quality of the product and so on, but then simply offered 'the listing description clearly states, “fuses sold separately”.' and suggested I deal with Amazon to get satisfaction. I wrote them again expressing my disappointment that they didn't even recognize the multiple reviews here indicating how buyers are expecting to get a fuse when they buy due to the way the listing is. Sure, the "fine print" does say the fuse is not included. But the rest of the listing seems to indicate that it is. It seems like the negative reviews and the returns would be costing these sellers revenue. But maybe it's not enough to make up for the extra sales they are getting by showing the product as better priced than a competitor, and then not including a critical part of the product. That's the only reason I can think of for deliberately ignoring the many reviewers (across many listings of similar fuse blocks) complaining about thinking they were getting a complete product and then wasting more time and money to buy the part they expected to be included. Sometimes it's hard to just "take your lumps" and move on. I could just spend the extra money and buy the fuses. This fuse block, while very overpriced for some plastic, a couple small blocks of metal, and some bolts, is well made and I'm sure it's gone through the certification for safety and so on. But due to this experience of feeling misled and dismissed when I complained about it, I'd rather not reward the seller and instead have left a negative review for them on their seller account as well as this negative review on the product listing because the product is not "as described" due to the main image conflicting directly with the last line of the description. I'd rather they had just taken my complaint (which is just another in a long list of them on many listings they have) more seriously and made the listing better. I would have then written a positive review explaining how they had an area for improvement and made it. But instead I offer this tiny impact review in the sea of stuff customers can read to make their decisions. And I remind myself to ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS. I shall not rely on the pictures, description, or star rating alone, even when busy. Because now I'm wasting a lot of time correcting for this error of trusting a listing without deeper review.

QUALITY FUSE HOLDER
This Blue Sea fuse holder is a quality product. Very well built. I'm surprised that Amazon did not deliver it to my address. In Turkey, Aramex handed it off to MNG Kargo, and I had to take a taxi to go fetch it.

Built like a brick
The pictures do not do this fuse holder justice. I've never worked with Class-T fuse before, so I had no idea it was huge (my bad for not reading all the details.) The 3/8 posts torque down nicely, there's no question this unit will pass huge amperage all day long without complaint. The description (from Blue Sea) says there are #8 accessory terminals on either end, however they are no where to be found on the holder I received. The hook-up posts are long enough to fit several lugs on before you run out of thread. I stacked my big cable lug on the bottom, and some 8 gauge accessory lugs above it, and torqued the nut down to 120 in-lbs. The holder provides four big screw holes, one at each corner - make sure you use good screws and sink them into something strong, otherwise the holder could come loose while you're torquing on the fasteners.

The 3/8" studs and bolts are 1-7/8" on center for the Fuse and the cover easy accomodates up to #4/0 cable lugs
when you read that this is heavy duty, that doesn't do it justice. It is massive and up to the task of providing a way to mount the 400 Amp fuse I needed. I am surprised that product information is so sparse. The 3/8" studs and bolts are 1-7/8" on center for the Fuse and the cover easy accomodates up to #4/0 cable lugs. The fuse probably should not be shown, since it doesn't come with it. It can accept (like it shows 225 to 400 Amps). I previously installed a cheaper fuse block, which was not up to the task... there is no substitute for quality and when protecting your RV, peace of mind is king.

Great quality, steep price
Simply and well constructed, though somewhat steep on price. You have to buy the fuse separately, which adds even more to the cost. So overall it ends up to be quite pricey for what it is, though at least you won’t go wrong with the quality.

Very well built
Needed a really beefy fuse holder for my boat battery bank / inverter . This product exceeded my expectations, was delivered promptly and met the product description in every one.

Very good product
Very good product and sturdy but don’t be foul by the picture, you only buying the fuse olde, you have to by the fuse separately ($$)

This is a beefy fuse holder!
I was really surprised by the size of this fuse holder. It’s what I wanted so not a big deal but I would suggest looking at the dimensions if you have space issues.

No fuse
Misleading pictures. Description read as though it included a 300 amp fuse. Not the case! No fuse included. Disappointing! Other than that, great quality.
