Gives me regular toaster a break!

My two-year-old son has been taking the toaster from the kitchen and using it with his pretend food so I knew it was time to get him something of his own. This is the perfect size and very cute. The price is great also. The only thing that is a little tricky is the knob that you have to turn that that makes the toast pop up is very hard for a little hands to turn.

Looks nice but hard to turn

This toy toaster looks great and was purchased because my nephew became very intrigued with the real toaster, but we can’t have him playing with that. He likes the way it pops when finished. This toy one looks great, but the only downside is that the knob is very hard to turn. It clicks which is hard for a toddler to do and some adults. You have to use the knob in order for the toast to pop. I wanted this to be a toy my nephew uses on his own, but now I’m having to sit with him while he plays with it just to turn the knob to make him laugh. Oy vey!

Adorable but tough to use

My two year old is obsessed with things that pop so I got him this toaster. The popping is really cute, but he cannot turn the knob to start the little timer himself and he has a hard time pushing the lever down and locking it himself. I'm happy to play with it with him but he really wants to do it by himself and he just doesn't have the finger strength because it's really tough.

Grandsons birthday

I bought this for my grandsons birthday and let me tell you he loved it his face lit up opening it he plays with it all the time it did get stuck Mabey once or twice but other than that I would give it a 4/5

Nice play toaster

Good toaster for play kitchen. It is a little difficult for my 2.5 yr old son to turn the knob and push down. Otherwise it’s good.

Not worth the price

I probably should have read the description, as it's a child's toy and not an actual toaster - probably should have that included in the title...I gave it to my friend's kid who doesn't play with it as it's not fun for kids at all - not worth $30 for a toy the kid will never use

Cute toy

My kids like that it is like a real toaster. It can be hard though to push down as sometimes it just pops right back. The dial is also stiff so my 3 year old can't turn it but my 6 year old can.

Not for young kids.

The dial is super hard to turn. It is impossible for my 3 year old to turn it at all. When you can turn it, the toast barely moves up or down. Not worth it.
