An excellent tool for a real deep cleaning. I’ve use it on pots and pans and use it in the bathroom. Does what is supposed to do.

Super Loud, Sponge Destroyed One Washing
Well, I bought this as an assist due to have wrist problems in both wrists. Yes, the on/off button is super hard to press as other reviews state, but I can still do it OK.. Also, it's sooooo loud, there's no way I can wash dishes at night in an apartment complex. Sounds like you're drilling a wall. Also, the soft sponge is completely destroyed after one washing. Inused the strong brush to clear off all the hard stuff, then the soft sponge to do the soapy cleaning. You can see in the photos, it's toast. I have a very small sink, I did two small loads of dishes which is equivalent to one normal size washing. I really hope the attachments are cheap, because this will be super expensive to keep using it.. :(

Very weak, slow, plus very difficult to turn on/off. -- See Update!!
It's already a problem with soapy hands having to be able to have a firm grip or strength, but the on/off button is very hard to press. I have to use two hands and really press hard with my fingers (not recommended for those that may have health problems with their hands--which I certainly don't -- and I still struggle a bit). At the same time it's very weak, it doesn't scrub much. You have to set the unit down and do it with your hands to scrub off a pan or a pot or plate. Plus the accessories are also pretty weak. The abrasive pad is already coming apart after a few uses. And the brush pad, well it's very weak. Not sturdy enough to scrape some stuff off a pot or pan -- it almost feels like I am massaging the pots and pans -- and not really scrubbing the stuff off them. It's also very slow (spins too slow), I thought it was the batteries, but still with brand new fresh batteries and its still slow and sluggish. I got this because I thought it would help me speed things up washing some pots and pans, but nope, it's slower. They need to make this unit spin faster (RPM's), plus have more power and also do a better job in making these scrubbing accessories last longer, plus be able to scrub sticky pots and pans. UPDATE: B&D contacted me and they were glad to send me a replacement or a refund. I opted for a replacement, and I gotta say the replacement was like night and day, this other unit was working good. Both the Speed and Torque was an improvement, plus the on/off button was a lot easier to use -- I did notice near the battery compartment that this model was a 2020 version, while the older one stated to be a 2019 model -- I don't know if that makes a difference, but hopefully this info helps someone out. Though the pads need to be sturdier (IMHO), but at the very least the unit works great. So at the end, I did get a defective unit at first, and the replacement was perfect. Thanks B&D, you really came through!

Mystery Goo
The battery compartment was covered in clear goo. There was no mention of it on the instruction sheet so I just spent an annoying amount of time cleaning it out. If there’s no mention of it, I assume it’s not supposed to be there. I don’t love having to spend my time cleaning the tiny crevices of a product that’s supposed to make cleaning faster and easier.

Bad design for on/off.
I just received this today. I found, like another reviewer, that it is hard to remove the battery compartment cover. I ended up using a knife blade to pry it open. Also, it is DIFFICULT to turn it on, like I read on another review. I finally managed to do so, and the brushes spun very well. To turn it off, I had to quickly pry the battery compartment open to break the connection. *UPDATE* I emailed Black and Decker and advised them of the Problem. They are sending me another one, after checking my registration. *UPDATE #2* I hadn't heard from Black and Decker for over 2 weeks, so I contacted them again. The reply stated that they do not honor the warantee, but the parent company does, and he sent me a link to email them. homeappliancesupport@spectrumbrands.com I did so, and hopefully it will be resolved. Very frustrating. Spectrum brands said they did not honor the warantee for 'power tools', and recommended I contact Black+Decker. Did so, including the message I received, and a few hrs later, I was informed another one was being sent to me. I received it today, and it DOES work. I found the easiest way to turn it on/off was with a sharp object pushing on it. I could hear a click when it connects good.

Great except the finicky power button
I was extremely excited to try this out. I bought it for the gas stove, backsplash, sink etc in the kitchen. Unpacking and set up was alright for me. Just used a strong pair of scissors to cut it out of the plastic. Batteries are included and was surprised to see some vaseline like thing inside the battery compartment but I assumed it had to do with the waterproofing so didnt wipe it out. Wish the instructions said something about this. Theres a brush attachment and a sponge attachment. The sponge attachment looks like its poor quality so i think I’ll only be using the brush for my cleaning purposes. My test run on the stovetop went great. I finished cleaning in half the time I usually take. Instead of going scrub scrub scrub you just hold this tool in place with slight curcular motions and let it work its magic. Yaay :) Only issue is the power button. Its really finicky and sometimes I need to click twice or thrice to switch on but it turns off real easy. I’m actually concerned that the product might just stop working altogether at a point but hoping with use the button will ease up. Eitherways the packing says 2 years guarantee from B+D so I guess I’ll be covered even if it does go bad. Conclusion: I went with grimebuster instead of powerscrubber cuz of the handy size but I’m noticing the power button issue reviews only for grimebuster. Its a pay off that I’m not sure I’m ok with. New buyers can figure out what works for them :)

This thing is amazing
I wish I knew about it years ago. I use it for the shower, bathtub, grout, faucets, buffing marble w polish (with a cloth), basically any type of built up grime or dirt or hardwater muck w vinegar or other cleaners.
