If you're wondering how long it'll last...
The answer for me, at least, is 4 years and 11 months. It'll now power up but immediately shut off. ???? It's too bad, because I really liked it (in fact I'm contemplating a new one of the same model).

Very good EXCEPT the display panel does not light up - hard to see - I use a pen flashlight
Like most all of the features except it is difficult to see the display. The box shows it lit up, but it does not light up. Keep a pen flashlight handy to see the display better. Hold it at an angle that does not reflect the light.

Great toaster oven
This has been our favorite toaster oven. It lasted for almost 2 decades before the up and down arrows that control the timer/heat setting stopped working. We just ordered a replacement. Very worth it. Temperature settings are reliable.

This is one of the best toaster ovens I’ve ever had!! I’ve had several including this brand but THIS particular one is my favorite!! My food comes out sizzling hot and I love it! I think I need to buy another one on standby when this one breaks down!

Just buy an airfryer.
I brought it 2 years ago and only have used it a handful of times. There is no way The temperatures that it says it is cooking at are true. It was a gift and brand new so I just let it take up counter space. I just got another gift. An instapot airfryer and this went right into the box that came in. Looks Pretty. Sucks Deep!"

Good performer.
Good performer after two months. Be aware that high tech design doesn't necessarily equate into simpler effort. This item provides precise cooking options however that precision requires a bit of getting used to because each use requires multiple programming steps via the convenient buttons that are "time sensitive" For instance step one must be followed by step two within 60 seconds or you must start over again from the beginning. It takes some getting used to especially for those of us that are accustomed to simpler dial controlled models. The precision of each application of use / features is the trade off.

Very Large/Overall Good
I like the large size, just be sure to have the counter space. I had to rearrange my kitchen to find a space for it. It does take a little extra time for toast, more like 5 minutes, but that's not a deal breaker for me. It preheated fast for an oven (350 degrees in around 5 minutes). The other functions work very well. My husband hates the very loud beep for every button, and it does not have a way to turn it off (and yes, I tried to push the toast and bagel buttons at the same time for 5 seconds and it doesn't work on this model). I love the crumb tray. It's way easier than the previous models where you have to lift the entire oven and dump it into the trash can or sink. Yes, it gets very hot but it's an oven and it's just like every other toaster oven I've used. The one really big negative is the door. It's very heavy and not hinged. I'm afraid one big drop to the counter will cause it to shatter so be very careful. You may want to consider a folded towel or pot holder on the counter to cushion it.

Out with the old, in with the new!
This is my THIRD counter top toaster oven by Black & Decker, they're AMAZING!! I'm just replacing my old one with the newest version! It's big enough to fit a large pizza and I often do my casseroles and baking in my B&D oven! Rather than heating up your entire house with the big oven, save yourself the headache and get a counter top oven! I use this as my toaster as well, it's awesome!

Great convection oven
Got this one to replace the previous model that I had for the last 14years. It served me well! I used it too cook everything all the time. Unlike some models that are deeper and not long enough, this one can accommodate even certain muffin pans (for 12, not 6) you just need to place them instead of the grill. Hopefully this one will last as long as well. Very strong smell when you first put it on… it took about 3 rounds on for 20 min on 450 for the smell to disappear, but now it’s all good.

Bought the same model for the second time
This model has a long body, you can bake the whole chicken in it, it is just high enough so it would fit most microwave spaces in smaller houses. The controls are easy to use, there are various settings, it looks good, the polish blends with other appliances well. We bought the same model for the second time, the first one lasted 5 years, until then the ON button broke. We searched quite a bit for a new oven, and in the end, decide to buy the same one, we find that for this price range it is still the best deal and the best design.

Width Dimension Incorrect by 3" !
I had roughly the same oven 10 years ago, excellent product. Decided to replace it, the new unit says on the specs 22.5 " wide, Its 19.5" wide ! Not sure how this could ever happen but the info is wrong. Hope this helps others decide Its a good oven. The new one has a better menu. Size exactly the same as the previous model. Would give more stars except for the incorrect width. They do offer an extra wide model that is 22.5 inches.
