You won't even know it's a money belt
Bought for a 2 month South America trip. I wore it every day, it just felt like a regular belt. The long zipper compartment is good, allows storing more $100 bills without getting too bulky. I folded 3 bills to fit, and could fit 4 sets of 3 end to end, for $1200 total in my belt. Part of the trip was in Peru where just recently there was some civil unrest and travelers stranded at Machu Picchu. All was calm while we were there, but nice to have some insurance. The belt looks good, too!

Too stiff
Looks nice, particularly the buckle, but the belt material, even without anything in the zippered pouch, is excessively thick and stiff. That makes it difficult to make the sharp bend needed to get through the buckle. Large size is 48" long from center of the buckle to tip of the belt, about 4" too long for my 36" waist. Zippered pouch measures 28" long.

If you need a money belt that doesn't need to pass for a dress belt, this is it.
Great 'tool' for the money. Initially bought the Eagle Creek money belt but returned it unopened after reading the Amazon reviews. (Did examine it through the clear packaging and was not super impressed with the plastic buckle and overall finish.) The Bison belt is well made, and long enough to accomodate a larger waist (I'm a 34" inch waist and had plenty of belt to spare, but this is not a belt for a larger-waisted person -- 38" might be the max.) The heavy nylon webbing seems as though it would be difficult to stealthily cut from behind -- believe it or not, thieves do use this technique to access a belt's contents should they ascertain that one is, in fact, wearing a money belt. The belt has a pleasantly generic, outdoorsy appearance and the heavy web material masks telltale bulges, which can happen if a belt is stuffed super full. The metal buckle grips the belt itself, so no pesky adjustments need be made while wearing it. The fans of the Eagle Creek buckle laud the plastic buckle as it does not set off airport metal detectors, but I found myself getting hand-wanded after passing through every aiport detector I stepped through regardless of whether or not I set off the gate-style detector, so the point is somewhat moot. Zipper is very sound. You're going to have to fold your paper money lengthwise and 'nest' the bills together -- otherwise your belt would have to be 2.5 inches wide -- but that's not that big a deal. I was able to carry 20 U.S. paper bills very comfortably in my Bison belt. If the belt is too long, the material can be cut and the ends 'fused' with a red-hot table knife. One of the best things I bought for my month-long journey through India. (Also bought the Eagle Creek silk money pouch, which is large enough to accomodate a passport and other oversize materials, besides money, but never used it. Opted instead to carry my passport and loose cash in my front pocket.) The Bison belt is a great value for the money -- low-key appearance, sturdily constructed, and actually holds your pants up! A total win.

Excellent belt!
Great belt. This is the 2nd I have purchased. One slight negative: the new one that just arrived has some sharp buckle (unfinished/unsanded?) edges where the buckle has a crescent shape. (See pics )

Works fine as a regular belt, but money stored in it easily damaged
This is a good belt, but the money pocket is so narrow that bills must be tightly folded to be stored. I stored several fresh new $100 bills in it before I traveled overseas recently. When I got to my destination, the money was so wrinkled (and some of it torn by the zipper) that money changers would not accept it. I had to wait until I got home to take the money back to the bank to use it.

Great Travel Belt
This belt looks really nice. The blue looks great with jeans. Now, I can travel with money securely. I take out what I need for the day and put in my pocket. I leave the rest in the belt. Great belt for international travel or a big trip you have planned where you want to carry cash.

I picked the good one
I needed a belt to carry $5,000 in hundreds on a train half way across the US to buy a car. There were 3 options that I liked on Amazon and this one had a normal looking metal buckle. I picked a good one! The back of the belt is a thinner nylon material and the pull on the zipper was a good size. The material on the back of the belt is slightly bigger than the belt so you can stuff it with bills. I found I had to individually do a single crease to each 100 with a credit card and stack them with the creases alternating to keep them flat. I could get stacks of 12 bills this way into the belt, but I only needed 5 stacks of 10 bills. Update 8/13/16: I find I'm using this belt as a casual belt even if I don't carry cash in it. The buckle just looks good. When traveling it rolls up small in luggage. A rubber band keeps it rolled up. I got the black one so didn't have a problem with the color. I also haven't had a problem with the belt coming loose. I'm 5' 10" and 190 lbs. I've never had it slip loose while wearing it as someone reported.

Super strong
Bought this for my son and he works hard lifting and painting. He raves about how tight and strong it is
