Scrub-a-dub dub
I’m tired paying $40.00 for a exfoliating scrub. So, I took a flutter and bought this. It smells good and does a great job of carefully exfoliating my delicate skin. And…I saved more than $30.00. Try it!

I was skeptical about trying this face cleanser because so many, including from brands like Neutragena and Cetaphil, have not made much of a difference with my skin. I've been fighting adult acne since I was pregnant with my youngest child and it has been a terrible ride. I have tried expensive prescriptions, expensive cleansers and creams, and organic products like African black soap and raw shea butter. I purchased my first bottle of this at a grocery store and used it as directed for a week -- and immediately ordered a second bottle on bimonthly subscription here. Did I break out initially? Yes. Did the cleanser smell like lemon and/or ginseng? Not at all, not gonna lie. Was it at least clean smelling? Definitely. There is a small amount of fine microbeads in this product. Usually those irritate my acne prone skin but these seem to be more for lifting dirt out of your pores instead of flaying your flesh. A little more than a quarter sized dollop of cleanser + some water makes a nice lather, then you massage it into your face for a full minute followed by 30 seconds of rinsing. This is the important part as it helps the surfactants carry off all the dirt and excess oils; I use cool water for the last step because my skin is sensitive and it helps close your pores. So, week 1 was a little crazy. On the first day I used this, my skin felt A M A Z I N G. It was soft, it was smooth, it was 100% clean. But every time you change products, your face freaks out and this was no exception. Week 2, the breakout spots were mostly flat (thanks, hydrocolloid patches) and my skin was again soft and brighter, as advertised. I'm on week 3 now (5/8/21) and the acne has cleared up with just 1x daily use. There are a few red spots but normally by now I'd have some oily bumps on my jawline or forehead. Nothing new has popped up. My skin is practically glowing and I'm excited for the red spots to fade so I can enjoy the skin I had pre-pregnancy ???? I'll update if anything goes wildly wrong but for now : If you're an adult with acne prone skin, I recommend this product. It is gentle but thorough and improved the texture of my skin in less than a month. I might add their weekly scrub from the same yuzu lemon line if trends continue, and try the face mask!

Horrible packaging for a product like this
Was delivered with no proper wrapping considering it wouldn’t take much to rupture…just wrapped in plastic. Because of the poor packaging my product did just that. It spilled out in the plastic. Other than that I love this face wash it instantly begins to even out my skin tone and brighten my skin.

Packaging Flaw
I have gone through 5 tubes of this Bioré Daily Brightening Jelly Cleanser, purchased from different reputable retailers including Amazon. They all have the same defective packaging. The tube it comes in has a very stiff seam running along the side. The seam will inadvertently separate, causing the gel contained in the tube to ooze out from the side. I am surprised they are still continuing to sell it with this flawed tube design. Another user has posted a picture of it in his review. I can confirm that this happens consistently with this product. Otherwise, I am happy with how the gel works as a facial cleanser, but I will not be buying more of it due to its flawed packaging.

Product great but....
This has more to do with Amazon. While the product is great. I was disappointed that it was packaged in a box versus a cushioned envelope. That is all it was wasteful.

Amazing Product. Amazing Price!
Just have to rave about this product As a child of the 80s I used that apricot exfoliating stuff that destroyed my skin. That put me off using any kind of exfoliating product since I've been using the ordinary stuff for a few months now and even though I cleanse my skin morning and night I always have little balls of skin on my face at night. Couldn't figure out why until I googled it Exfoliant was needed Having flashbacks to the 80s I was hesitant but went onto Amazon to see what was available I ended up buying this. Was very affordable so if it didn't work out then no loss to me Well... I used it last night and my skin was a little red after application but when I moisturised and used my ordinary stuff. No balls! And it feels like brand new skin even this morning Exfoliants have redeemed themselves They still make that apricot one under a different brand but they no longer include pieces of the nut

Does the job
If you need to exfoliate every other day, this product is not for you. In fact, look for a dermatologist, please. With that being said, I would say this exfoliant is for gentle, sensitive skin. It is gooey and it smells weird, but it works. At least, it worked for me and my partner - He has oily skin, mine is dry and very sensitive. This product is not a miracle, but it does what it's supposed to do.

exfoliates really well
I love yuzu scent, however there is almost none in this product. It exfoliates really well, but the smell is so disgusting I hesitated putting it on my face. With other scrubs, masks I look forward to using them since the experience is so great. With this one, I look forward rinsing it off my face and. If you can live with the smell, I recommend the scrub.

Not great for sensitive skin
This product is very foamy! there is a lot of harsh products in here and I definitely wouldn't recommend it to someone with sensitive skin. A little goes a long way because it foams up so much and feels more appropriate for a body wash than a face scrub. It looks like the pictures, bright pink and sparkly but doesn't really smell like anything in particular. Wouldn't recommend it, even at this low price.
