Sleek,attractive glass design!!

Best feature of this scale so far, It takes away the guessing and looking up google for different weight conversions! Whenever something in the kitchen requires measuring,i always get the blunt of converting weights and volumes online! Unlike many other scales,small or big,this scale is made out of attractive glass,not having to worry about rusting and ultimately food contamination! Light weight and sleek design,that would occupy hardly any space on your kitchen counter,or when stored away. Runs on 2 CR2032 lithium batteries which are included,to get it going on the spot! It is honestly annoying when you purchase something online,and once you receive it and so eager to get it running! Oops,batteries are needed!! It can weigh up to eleven pounds,which is more than enough for any kitchen use! Unless you're cooking for an army!! Easy and quick conversion(less googling) Most important part is accuracy! Scale is extremely accurate,even to the milligram,not to mention the convenient feature of subtracting the weight of the measuring cup or glass. After taking this scale for a test spin in our kitchen,I can for sure attest to its quality and accuracy! As for durability and long lasting,I do predict it to last for some time to come,however,I will make sure to report back any changes in quality in the future! Still, if you're a skeptical person and not sure whether to trust other people's reviews or not! With Amazon's 30 day return policy, you have four weeks to try it out yourself, before returning it for any reason, with no questions asked, and in most cases Amazon will pay for the return shipping, in other words, it is a win, win situation!! Uses watch style batteries

I have had a few different Etekcity scales. My first one lasted about 4 or 5 years but eventually I think too much flour got into the buttons and it stopped working. This is a touch panel style, so, that shouldn't be a problem. Really only one complaint is that this version takes watch batteries instead of AAA and it's slightly more annoying acquiring those. We'll see how long they last.

Easy to clean and maintain????????????

This small platform makes it more useful than most kitchen scales. I can use my larger mixing bowl and still read the display. I keep it convenient, so it's easy to use, so I don't want to use the measuring cup I need to clean. I like to bake my own cake. This size allows me to accurately measure the flour in grams, then I can press the tare button to adjust the ratio of the next component to zero, ie liquid ounces or pounds per ounce. The scale can range from up to 10 pounds and can therefore be used with glass or ceramic bowls. I use it almost every day, it uses the original, and finally I found that I sent a battery.。。????

Great, until is self-destructed

Beautiful, clean, accurate scale. Used it for my coffee bar for about a year. Would’ve given it 5 stars but the glass shattered. The whole thing was very strange. The scale hasn’t been used in weeks, was just sitting on the counter, and my wife and I heard a snapping noise followed by several small cracking noises. I went to investigate and found the glass top totally cracked. The many small cracking noises came from the glass continuing to crack. Nothing fell on it. It was totally spontaneous. It WAS a great scale and I’m sure this is a rare incident. I looked it up and apparently spontaneous glass breaking is a thing with tempered glass, which this is. I still recommend the scale, but be warned that this might happen to you too!

Daily use kitchen scale, a little hungry

1st, I like this scale. Easy to clean. Accurate enough if you don't need a gram scale. But, it isn't a gram scale, so that's alright. One slight nag, be sure to buy a lot package of 2032 battery cells. Fortunately, this is a common size, so you'll probably need them for other devices anyway. With daily use, two or three times a day, you'll get 3-4 months out of each pair of cells. I just made my 4th change after 14.5 months. A good source is here, "12 Pack AmVolt CR2032 Battery 220mAh 3 Volt Lithium Battery Coin Button Cell 2023 Expiry Date". There is a convenient recessed place on the bottom to take notes with a Sharpie pen (like when you change the battery cells).

Small hiccup, but good product

PROS - Looks great: Originally I had planned on just getting a simple metal scale, but I’m happy I ended up with this one. I looks nice when left out on the counter. - Easy-to-use: It’s all very self-explanatory. Only two buttons. You would struggle to have trouble using it. -Extra batteries: Definitely something they didn’t need to add, but I’m grateful they did. CONS -Rust: One of the batteries came slightly rusted so even after removing the plastic tab, the scale didn’t work. I was frustrated thinking I’d have to return it, but after rubbing the slot with a dry paper towel to remove some of the rust and using one of the backup batteries, it turned on and has been working fine. Definitely an inconvenience, though. OVERALL Great purchase. I’ve been working on counting my calorie intake, and up until this point I’ve just been guessing with my portions for things like chicken breast. I love knowing definitively now!

Báscula perfecta

Llegó inmediadamente, era la primera compra que realizaba en Amazon y me sorprendió lo rápido que llegó, por lo cual seguí comprando, pero bueno eso es otra cosa; lo que si, es que estoy muy contenta con mi báscula, tenía una mecánica, de sólo medio kilo, a veces necesitaba pesar uno o dos kilos y no lo podía realizar, ahora solo la saca la enciendo y comienzo a pesar los ingredientes para mis recetas, lo que me fascina es que tiene tara, lo cual no tengo que vaciar los ingredientes y volver a pesar, solo los voy agregando. Muchas gracias.

Todas las cocinas necesitan una báscula

Esta báscula fue repuesto de la que se perdió en mi última mudanza, estaba un poco preocupada porque la anterior era de acero inoxidable y ésta por ser de vidrio pensé que sería más delicada pero hasta ahora no he tenido ningún problema, me encanta la función tare y que se puede cambiar a distintas unidades. El display es muy bonito, esperemos le dure mucho la batería.

Me encantó, lo compré para una dieta donde tengo que medir porciones y ésta bascula aparte de ser esteticamente linda es bastante precisa, hice la prueba con una simple servilleta de papel y marca 1 gramo, lo cual habla de la precision. Bastante recomendada

Es muy precisa pero muy sensible por lo que a veces la última decimal esta variando entre dos digitos, pero es muy buena bascula, yo la uso para llevar un control de los alimentos que como y no falla, tengo ya 3 meses con ella y puedo recomendarla.. comprenla!! es útil

Contenta con pRecio -calidad del producto. Me gusta que tiene pantalla iluminada. Tiene tare para pesar ingrediente sobre ingrediente sin vaciar el contenedor. Y el tamaño es práctico. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. Trae 2 pilas puestas y 2 de repuesto.
