Very Mixed Feelings
THE GOOD: -Decent sized hopper -Easy to fill narrow neck vessels without spilling -Relatively easy to disassemble and clean - plenty of videos on youtube to help you -Pretty consistent dispensing THE BAD -Takes a bit of muscle to pull handle to fill. After a round of only 60 bottles, my shoulder is on fire. And while the description say you can fill 20-30 bottles per minute, this would be if you were a much stronger person. The average human (that's me and I am no weakling) will average maybe 8-10 IF fatigue wasn't an issue -Waste. There is a LOT of waste with this dispenser. About 50-60ml worth. When I saw that no more product was coming out, I looked in the hopper to see that it was empty so I unscrewed the hopper and lifted it off only to have quite a lot of product spill all over the machine and workspace. I'd understand maybe about 10ml of product but not almost 2 oz. While this is not huge deal with inexpensive formulations, it is a major issue for formulations that use expensive actives. That being said, be prepared to calculate a good 2 oz of waste into your batches - Poor machining - while this does not leak, it does have extremely sharp edges on the machine threads where the hopper screws on as well as on the hopper itself. So when you have to clean out the 2 oz of wasted product, it is quite easy to sustain a deep, painful cut....which I have. CONCLUSION This machine does NOT speed up production whatsoever. In fact, this slows me down in a big way but does allow me to fill my super small necked opaque bottles without having to backlight them to make sure they are filled as I do when filling my hand. Still though, the shoulder pain I am experiencing is not worth using it again. I also do NOT want to have to calculate 2oz of waste into every batch on my more expensive serums.

Great item, people need to stop complaining.
I just wanted to come on here and counter all the stuff other customers are saying about this product and explain to everyone how it really is. 1. "there's so much grease everywhere!" Yes, there is! It's a metal appliance that has moving metal parts- it needs a lot of grease to stay pristine during the selling process and if you want it to last long I would suggest oiling it up occasionally yourself. 2. "It's impossible to get the grease out!" No, it's not. Try using an actual degreasing agent instead of a wet wash cloth and then rinse the entire machine thoroughly with water. I simply wiped off the entire machine and then put new degreaser INTO the system and flushed it over and over- then rinse with water. All of my products are fine and theres NO GREASE coming in contact with anything I bottle. 3. "It's too hard to clean!" Okay, this isn't a crazy blender bowl that you rinse out and you're done. You have multiple pieces (the top, the pump itself, the dispensing block, the dispensing tubes, etc) that must be cleaned after use- all of which are metal so they're easily cleaned. I just pumped out over 1000 bottles of skin/hair care products, running 99% alcohol through the system in between different products, and then I cleaned the machine once and it took me 15 minutes because I was being thorough. 4. "it's not worth the money!" Okay, I would love to have gotten this for free but I didn't. Nothing else on the market is cheaper and works as effective as this does. I've tried a lot of other pumps out there and NOTHING has worked better and they were all cheapo $50 dollar items. Look, if you guys want a machine for your business that you must maintain like any other piece of equipment then this is for you. It'll be your work horse and do everything you need it to if you maintain it properly. If you're one of those people who buys paper and plastic all day because you can't be bothered getting your hands wet then maybe you should look somewhere else. Don't let all these crazy reviews confuse you. Just a disclaimer-- I DID NOT receive anything for my review. I paid the full price and have absolutely NO affiliation with the seller. I simply like the product and hate how people are demonizing it as if it's truly garbage.

I like the machine, I need specs on the tension spring
I LOVE the machine! Truly reduced production time for body oils. The issue I have is, the tension spring inside snapped (user error), I need to know the specifications of the spring, so it can be replaced since there was no manual included.

Springs breaks too easily
The springs broke on all three of my machines. They sent replacement but does not show you how to replace them. I’m working with one without the spring. Will never purchase again.

Super hard to clean
Got this for my lipgloss brand to limit paper waste. However it’s so hard to clean out. Lipgloss gets stuck in every little crevice and that’s when you make pigmented lipgloss. You have to take everything apart then put it all back together in between Every color or glitter ???????????????? super annoying

Too much effort
Purchased because i thought it'd be easier than using a funnel to fill lotion bottles, which it was. But it takes entirely too much to clean it. A lot of product was still in the machine. The handle is hard to pull, even after adjustments. The ball isn't very comfortable. Lid was bent when I received it. I don't use it anymore. Just sits on counter collecting dust. Will eventually sell it.

Does the job
This was the best price I found for this sort of machine. It does need cleaned with mineral spirits before use. I took the WHOLE thing apart and cleaned it first. It was complicated to put it all back together but for the record, I think I went a little overboard and cleaned the mechanical inside parts when I didn't need to. I also went ahead and got some rubber washers instead of silicone. I'm using this machine for silicone based lipglosses and liquid lipstick, so I wanted to use something rubber instead. I got those at the local hardware store. Overall this thing is a pain to take apart clean every time I use it, but that goes with the territory and I am very satisfied with using this machine VS filling my containers with a piping bag or spatula.

Overall a decent unit, but there are issues.
The item was as described and does a very good job. Must admit the instructions booklet that came with the unit was a little hard to comprehend (poor translation) and the machine (though the parts were good), was poorly assembled. The 4 counter sunk bolts holding the hopper to the base, were all cross threaded and we had to replace them with longer bolts and nuts/washers applied inside the base. A thorough cleaning is highly recommended as there was grease and metallic grit throughout the whole unit. Once cleaned and repaired, the machine works very well and is solid. Would not hesitate to purchase a second unit.

quality and price
I had a hard time at first. would have black spots in my creams. sounded like grinding of metal every time i pulled the handle down. after cleaning it 10 or so times, spots went away. I cleaned it by pouring water in the top many times. I also went on you tube and saw that it could be grease. so i cleaned everywhere there could be grease. Was disappointed at first but seems ok for now. Works well to fill bottles. price was good and was delivered on time.

Did a difficult job
I had to pump a VERY viscous body butter into tubes and wasn't sure if this was up to the task (the product description doesn't guarantee it will work with this kind of product). Amazingly, it did the job with minimal issues. If it can handle that, any other more flowable liquid should be a breeze to fill. I wish it were easier to set the volume, since the little knob you turn doesn't actually have mL marked, but all in all I'm really impressed with this especially given the price.

Amazing !!!
Selle every understanding and accommodated to my concern, dark grease inside of product even after cleaning 3x. Cleaning is supper easy too. Therefore clean throughly and try small batches first, otherwise it’s amazing, I fill bottles and jars faster and more efficiently!

Received a damage unit. Not good for precision and very difficult to use.
I was excited to get it at first, but the titrating method is very annoying, makes lots of air bubbles, splatters everywhere, not precise at all, and was not what I expected. This is perfect for stuff that can accept a deviation, but if you need precision this is not what you want.
