Exceeded my expectations! So much fun!
Well for years I had a single stage stove top steamer... Which I used daily! I looked for the same brand to make a double decker out of it inexpensively. Then I bought a giant 3 stage steamer which I have not used yet but maybe this summer for a clam bake. So I got two new single stage steamers to have the option of having a double steamer. So, I have that setup with the pan on the stove and the steamers above in the cupboard ready to go into action! Well l I decided to get 2 of these electric steamers and this model exceeded my expectations having used one of them daily since it arrived about a week ago. It's good looking! It is very light! Easy to clean! The two steamer sections stack up in one configuration for double steaming, yet amazingly nestle inside one another for compact storage. Amazingly it gets hot in about a minute or less, yes! I like appliances that turn themselves off with a timer. The timer is not precise for time critical stuff for example 6 minutes, and while on the counter I have to bend down eye level to see the markings and the lines and numbers are very light so I can't discern the setting easily. I have this problem on other twist knob timers on my appliances. It would be nice if they had a digital timer slanted on a 45 degree angle so you could set 6 minutes and 13 seconds if you wanted to. I bought several digital outlet timers capable of doing a countdown in one-minute increments and plug into that. Anyway, this thing is so much fun to make broccoli, green beans, asparagus, eggs too! Works perfect
When I bought this I thought for some reason you had to use both levels, not the case. I have only used once with broccoli and it worked great! I do agree with another person that the timer is kind of a pain in the sense that once you set it you can't go back. I set it less time to be safe and added 5 minutes after. Cleaning it isn't too bad, it's the steam holes, I put garlic powder on veggies and it sticks but other than that, honestly, it's a great product.

Great for steaming vegetables or anything!
I've owned this food steamer by BELLA for just about 2 months. I've now cooked fish, dumplings, vegetables, and eggs. Where has this been all my life? So very easy to use. I am using distilled water in it to keep the electric element from building up hard water deposits, and that has kept it clean and un-encrusted. I do have to use glasses and get up close to read it's timer - that's the only drawback. Well worth the money!

Easy to use
I love it, I bought it to make stuffed grape leaves and stuffed cabbage, but I used it with other vegetables too. The flavors of the food are amazing.

I purchased this steamer after our old vegetable steamer finally bit the dust. My wife and I didn't need more than a single-tier steamer, but I could not find one anymore, so I purchased this two-tier steamer. The steamer is big and has plenty of room for steaming pretty much anything you like. We use it mainly to steam cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots. It's easy to clean and operate. My only complaint with this steamer is the built-in timer. The timer dial cannot be dialed back if you accidentally turn it beyond your desired time. So, if you do so, the timer cannot be adjusted, and you will have to mentally keep track of when to take out the food while the timer continues to run its course for whatever the set time was. It's annoying, especially if you're used to a timer that was specifically designed to be turned past the desired time and then turned back to it like our old steamer was. Also, the numbers on the timer are very small and difficult to read. Overall, if you're cautious with the timer, this is a very good steamer at a very reasonable price. If it lasts as long as our prior steamer did, it should last a very long time.
