It is very good at silencing whoever is wearing assuming you can keep it in their mouth. If it is inflated then it will want to push out of the mouth and even fully inflated you can push it out with your tongue (maybe not with a small mouth but who knows). I already had a nicer ring gag to pair with it but if you don't go buy one for like 10 bucks. Also you have been able to figure out that this is not intended for long term wear because when inflated it will cause a lot of strain on 2 little (I have no clue what they are called) almost like tendons in your mouth between your inner lip and gums. Overall a pretty good gag, plus you look hilarious wearing it!

Product needs a slight modification

The only real problem with this item is that the tube coming out of the mouth is way bigger than it needs to be. I always have to tear it apart and rebuild it. I use a 3/16 inch hose-barb to replace the 1.5" dia cylinder which extends from the butterfly part if the item. And that wouldn't be a problem except there is NO RUBBER ADHESIVE MADE that will stick to this item! I tried latex adhesive, pliobond, devcon, and many other brands of rubber adhesive and epoxy. Nothing will stick! Good old-fashioned rubber cement gets close, but it takes super glue to seal it so it won't leak. I would like the manufacturer to modify their mold and eliminate that bulbous thing coming out. It is not necessary and detracts from being able to seal the gag into the mouth with lips closed using duct tape. Once modified, the improved gag is extremely erotic, silencing, formidable, and just plain fun!

It definately fills the mouth up, but I'd recommend an o-ring gag with it to hold it in place. It is easy to shift around and can be a choking hazard because of this -- it might be difficult to spit out sometimes when this happens if it's very inflated.

good purchase

This is a pretty awesome gag, although it fills the cheeks a little more than I would have liked. Pair it up with an O-ring gag to secure it and you will have a very silent partner. I like it best with a latex hood with small mouth hole and only a single pump. works well.

This will be enough! It will fill the mouth and you will cum hard :)..... I seriously don't know what would be worse.. not getting one of these as a backup just in case this breaks, down the road.... or getting it as a back-up, and having to look at it while the other one is gagging me.. only regretting the fact that I don't have another mouth to annihilate with the second gag, simultaneously!

This thing is AMAZING i wouldn’t recommend it to people with small mouths as this is big. But If your lucky and it fits you good, you ain’t gonna be able to talk.

Limited uses

Needs a good wash before first use to remove the taste, and the lack of a strap means it's not much use on it's own. However, for those with a ring gag perhaps, or a hood then you can keep this thing in place and really see the benefit. It was flexible enough to get through the small hole in a hood and the size it can be pumped too will fill anybody's mouth.

Beyond dissapointing slides out of mouth

Gute Funktion, aber fehlerhaft

Nach so einem Knebel suchte ich schon länger, wurde aber immer etwas vom Preis zurückgehalten. Unter 60,- € ging da meistens nichts. Umso erfreuter war ich über dieses runtergesetzte Angebot von lediglich etwas über 30,- €. Lieferung gut und diskret, schon mal sehr schön. Dann der erste Test (kein Echteinsatz). In der reinen Funktion klasse. Der vordere Mundbereich und die Wangen können voll ausgefüllt werden. Da der Mittelteil sich jedoch kaum nach hinten ausdehnt, sind Atmennot und Würgereiz NICHT gegeben, also kann man den Knebel schon sehr prall aufpumpen. Töne kommen dann kaum noch nach draußen. Allerdings wird das Gesicht doch etwas verzerrt, da die Seitenteile eben vor den Zähnen liegen... mag für den/der ein oder anderen ein gewöhnungsbedürftiger Anblick sein. Aber dann hörten wir ein ganz leises Zischen und Blubbern. Was war passiert? Wir hatten den Knebel vorher mit Wsser abgespült und dadurch war er noch feucht. Und so konnte man das vorsichtige Entweichen der Luft hören. Dies passierte am Übergang vom Schlauch zum eigentlichen Knebel. Dieses Stelle ist scheinbar geklebt, und war zumindest bei unserem Exemplar fehlerhaft. War das der Grund für die starke Preissenkung? Vielleicht eine nicht perfekte Serie des Produkts? Oder vielleicht doch nur ein Einzelfall? Da zumindest die Zweifel da waren, haben wir den Artikel zurückgegeben und baten um Erstattung, nicht um Ersatz. Dauerte dann zwar ein paar Tage, aber es gab ohne weiteres das Geld zurück. Da tut man sich natürlich bei der Sterne-Bewertung schwer, von daher habe ich mich für die goldene Mitte entschieden. Differenzierter könnte man es so darstellen: - Funktion : 5 Sterne - Qualität : 1 Stern (möglicherweise aber Einzelfall) - Service : 5 Sterne
