Fairly Good, But I'm a Bit Disappointed
Many of the cotton balls in this package were somewhat "stringy," and there were many that were very much larger than they should have been. I purposely bought this product because I thought the cotton balls were a smaller size. So I was disappointed with the number of big cotton balls there were.

Small balls
I need to use three at a time versus other brands so not really the value per unit. 500 really means 175 cotton balls.

Work great, really small
I use these to remove eye makeup. They work great but I end up using 2 at a time because 1 doesn’t cover the opening to the makeup remover bottle.

These are "medium" sized cotton balls -- but they should be called "small"
These cotton balls are pretty much your typical cotton ball - soft and absorbent. But if you're expecting the usually big fluff ball you typically see used for rabbit tails on children's projects, you'll be surprised at how small they are. These were awfully small for a bag marked "medium". I think it would be better to either market them as small cotton balls or perhaps offer a diameter in the description. They do work for removing nail polish, though, which is what I wanted them for. I think they work better than the bigger balls for nails -- you don't end up wasting nail polish remover. Over all a good product, but be aware that they are small.

Small Cotton Balls, One Is Too Little To Be Effective
The bag specifies “medium” cotton balls; however, these cotton balls are small based on other “medium” cotton balls I have used. One of these cotton balls is too small to be effective for facial care, wiping off nail polish, or cleaning adhesives off of items, so I must use two, together, to get the desired result. Needless to type, I was not satisfied with this purchase and will return to purchasing large cotton balls, to be on the safe side.

Did mot get what was pictured
Not that it matters for my needs but I didn't receive the spa stix cottons balls, i received curity brand. I use them for nail polish removal so I don't really care the brand and there were 500. But just an FYI if it does matter to you.

Would not use for face
I bought these to clean wax warmers. They aren't very absorbent. I would not use these on my face due to rough texture.

Too Small
The quantity was great, however, the actual size of the cotton balls I would not consider to be medium they are more like a mini. I have to use at least three or four at a time in order to use it for any type of blotting or cleaning up make up.
