Exactly as expected!

I am very pleased with this product. I’m using it across a double closet door with a curtain on it. It’s durable and does the job.

A little bit spensive but holds heavy IKEA blackout curtains on a slick wall

These hold your curtains up pretty well for the price. Be advised if you have heavy curtains and a slick sheetrock wall you really have to lean into the spring so it may be hard to install for small framed or weak individuals to get up on a chair and get these emplaced .

These worked for me

I’m uncertain why people had slip issues, I waited on my review to see if the cats would pull it down and they haven’t. I will say that I tightened pretty strongly by hand, so maybe there’s an issue there? My curtain is also only a single curtain and I’d say it’s on a medium in the weight category. Light block curtain but only needed a single so I’m pretty n the small side of the extension. After tightening I gave it a tug and it stays securely in place. Obviously no failure issues or I’d have noted it. So, does its job. I gave four stars because the pad could have been a better material with more grip. That would have allowed for the same grip with a little less tension than what I put on it. It worked for me.

FABULOUS

I have the very thick insulating black out drapes so those flimsy extending curtain rods were so aggravating . My drapes were always falling ! With this rod they stay in place even with the dogs brushing them in and out .

Works as described

This has been up a few months now. It is still holding up well. No rust and it is still secure. I have a fairly heaving shower curtain on it and it is working as intended.

Works for 85" window

I typically wouldn't trust a tension rod for a window this size (85") but I had no other choice for this particular room. I am pleasantly surprised by how well the rod works. I had heavier canvas curtains up for a day and it seemed to hold them well but there was some bounce/give that made me nervous. I was concerned that my dog might roll or step on the bottom of the curtain and possibly pull the rod down on himself so I switched to feather light curtains just in case. Very pleased with the quality and price point.

Brilliant, strong, attractive too

Great value, nice curtain rail which is so easy assembled and very secure. I use this one in the bathroom with the attractive blue stripe curtain, another Amazon wonder - purchase! Just fab & very pleased with the overall appearance, workmanship & quality
