The best investment!
I am a breastfeeding mama and pump at work. I've been packing hot meals in this and by lunch it's still hot! So good and definitely need to buy another one soon. I highly recommend this to whomever that loves convenience!!

It’s no the same.
I am a true zojirushi fan, some of the order model hold the temperature unbelievable long ,but not this newer model. The older model “taller” hold temp very long but this newer model I’ll say it hold temperature at least 20(f) lower. I guess a good product once it move to Oversea productions that’s the end of it. Shame on Zojiyushi..

Great insulation
If you need a food jar with great thermo insulation, this is a good choice. We have another one at 1/3 of the cost. In the low cost model, the outside feels warm with hot food and food cools to warm after 3 hours, despite the claim of keeping food hot for 12 hours. In comparison, this one has a cold outside surface with hot water in and stays hot after 8 hours.

I love this thing!!
My current job doesn't have a microwave available so I was stuck eating cold lunches or having to buy food every day. I'm happy to be back to brown bagging with this thermos. You do have to heat the food up in a different container before sealing it in here, but it stays warm the whole day! So far I've eaten 6 hours after sealing and my lunch was still warm and delicious. The thermos is also easy to clean and I appreciate that every piece comes apart to make sure nothing gets stuck in the crevices. This means nothing gets stinky over time! It has a well thought out design and works wonderfully. I'll be buying more for backups!

It kept my food warm for over a day.
I did not expect this to work so well. I travel a lot for work and use this for soups. One time it kept my food warm until I opened it the next day, more than 12-15 hours, and for at least 8 of those hours it was in the fridge. That's amazing! It was not as worm as I would've liked, and I ended up throwing that food away because it had been at that temperature for too long and I was concerned about bacterial growth since it was probably below the food safe temperature (140°), but I was amazed that it had stayed warm while in the refrigerator.

Keeps food warm all day
I love these food jars so much, I bought 3 more after my initial purchase. It keeps food warm all day and even cooks food - if you decide that you want to make ramen in it, pour boiling hot water into it, then drop in your ramen later and let it cook for 3 minutes. Be careful though with certain foods - for example, since it's insulated, a medium rare steak that sits in the food jar could be cooked to medium/medium well by the time you start eating lunch.

Stainless Steel Food Jar
This food jar is good for everything. They hold the temperature for up to 6 hours. Good seal, never leaks even when rolling around in my bag. Easy to clean and comes in different sizes. It would be better if it could be shorter and wider, will be more easier to use.

Worth the money
I was hesitant to use the microwave at work due to people not being hygenic and I don't enjoy eating cold meals. This thermos is perfect. I got the largest size and my lunch (curry and rice) only fills up a little over half. My food is still warm when I ate it at noon. I am happy to know that I can have hot soups/food for lunch. Price on the product is reasonable.

Using it almost daily
Been using it almost daily for rice porridge/congee. Put in your ingredients and boiling water, an hour later food is ready, no electricity needed.Adjust the volume of ingredients and water for your ideal consistency.

NOT WARM ITS STILL HOT
Love this product. Put my warm soup at 8.30 am. Open it’s at 2.30pm and it’s still hot.. not warm ...it’s hot. 5/5????
