Great product, needs better packaging at that price!
I love this conditioner, can skip the matching shampoo and use whatever in my opinion, but I wish it came in an upside down squeeze bottle so I'm not smacking it like a glass ketchup bottle trying to get the conditioner out. Product developers: please repackage in an upside down squeeze bottle that lets all the product settle at the bottom near the spout - similar to how Dawn has just repackaged their soap bottles.

great product, terrible packaging
Product is great but bottle is brittle. Cap breaks off, sides crack. I had to buy dispensers to put the product in so that I could use it.

Save my hair!!
I've been using this product line for about a year now and it literally saved my hair. Long story short, my hair is naturally curly and when I went to the salon for an ombre, she over bleached my hair clear to the scalp and it was awful. My hair was broken and I completely lost my curl. I tried dozens of products trying to bring it back to life, but ultimately had to cut my hair very short. I'm not sure if it was because of the damage or what, but my hair was not growing back after I cut it and i was devastated... my husband is actually the one who found this line and ordered them. I was hesitant and had 0 expectations because I thought I hadntried everything... My hair felt amazing after the first wash! I thought it would be temporary given my luck. But every single time I washed, my hair just kept feeling better and better, and it has finally started growing again! I am able to wear my hair curly again, and my curls absolutely love this product. I don't think I will ever use anything else again, even once I have all the damage cut off. I buy the large bottles now because I also am using it on my 3 daughter's hair. I wish I had never gone to the salon in the first place, but then I would have never discovered this product! I do use the 4 step: shampoo/conditioner/intense treatment/leave in for best results. No regrets!! Buy this if your hair is curly or needs to be rescued!

Not a thick conditioner.
My hair goes about 4 inches below my tail bone and I’m trying to keep my hair healthy so I’ve been looking for a good shampoo and conditioner. I bought this because it said it’ll help with bonding and it’s a high end brand. I really liked the shampoo but was kinda disappointed to find that the conditioner was rather thin and it felt like I needed a lot to actually condition my hair. I might not buy this a second time.

It seems to help
It’s very thick. Hard to squeeze from the bottle. But I do think it helps condition and strengthen the hair. My hair feels softer after being damaged from bleach. I don’t use it every time I wash my hair but at least once a week. And I leave it sit on the hair for a bit.

Favourite conditioner !!
Leaves my hair silky soft and shiny. Smells lovely. Huge bottle lasts a long time for a very good price. Will definitely be purchasing again.

Better hair from the first wash!
I love this shampoo and conditioner. I have thick dry frizzy hair that was treated with keratin a while ago to a negative effect. Using this combo my hair is stronger, softer and straighter from the first wash. Much more manageable and colour enhanced. Highly recommend. Customer service was excellent too if you need assistance. Will buy this here again.

I DO NOT BELIEVE THIS IS REDKEN
When I received my bottles something felt off. The weight did not feel correct, the seal looked funny and the cap was all slimey. Very different then buying it at my hair salon. Have started the return process.
