This worked fine.
I first bought a swivel wheel for my 10' utility trailer from Harbor Freight, but it would not swivel. There did not appear to be anything wrong with the item but I returned it. I bought this one and it works just fine. This shows me there must be a difference in design.

Revolutionized my trailer
Fits perfect into a 2018 Force 5x10 utility trailer jack with the supplied pin. I don't know why I didn't think to buy this earlier. I went from having to back my trailer in as close as possible to the spot I want it in and then dead lifting the tongue to move it around to the final spot, to now I just back the trailer into the driveway, drop it on the front wheel and then roll it around the driveway to exactly where I want it. Even worked fine with a 1000lb load on the trailer. Still rolled easily. Another nice perk is that now, as opposed to backing the truck into the trailer to hook up, I just roll the trailer to the drawbar on the truck and line it up for a perfect connection without having to try multiple times. It is literally the simplest idea for a trailer, but it makes so much sense and makes it so much easier to move. I feel dumb for not finding this earlier. Only downside is that the wheel is large, 6" or so, so I have been removing it from the jack after I connect to the truck before I drive away with the trailer because my jack is not a swing away one, so the wheel is always the lowest point between the truck and the trailer and when going over large dips, I think it may scrape the ground. To avoid that, I just unpin it and put it in the truck while driving. No big deal. Quick release. Still well worth the money spent and a looks like a good quality product.

Outstanding performer -
Have had a few trailer jack casters. Was skeptical. Had assumed that they all would have some type of bearing for the swivel. Nope. With the weight on the trailer on previous casters, it was a fight to get them to function like they should. This one does not have the ball bearing swivel I hoped for, but instead a tough slick material. Works like a champ. Easy to maneuver with weight on it. Works the way I thought they all should. Performs as advertised.

One sturdy trailer caster!
This wheel swivels on a dime. It rolls easily. It fits onto 2 inch tongue jack posts. It's the Lexus of trailer casters. The construction is beefier than the cheaper wheels. It eliminates the failure point those cheaper wheels have, where the cup that holds the wheel onto the tongue jack is a stamped cup doing two jobs. It both holds the wheel onto the jack and serves as the point of rotation for the wheel. That cop's bottom can bend if too much load is applied, such as when the wheel hits a sudden large obstruction. Such a bend renders the cheap wheel unable to swivel. The BAL uses a welded piece that is substantially thicker, and less likely to bend. The welds look fine, and the paint job is decent too. Yes, it's more expensive because it's built better. If you want a quality caster meant to be used, get this one.

It should have a Ball Bearing not plastic bushing.
This works as expected. I only wish it had a ball bearing in place of the plastic bushing.

Caster has proven very effective
This RV jack caster has proven very effective for us during departure and return to our home when pulling in and out of our slightly sloped driveway. We just have to remeber to stop and raise and lower it when in and put of use. Very pleased. Can't rate the longevity of the caster yet since we've only used it twice but so far so good!

Saved my back
Installed this on my 5x8 trailer that weighs about 1,100 lbs (took about 5 minutes to install). It feels pretty sturdy and makes maneuvering the trailer in/out/around my garage infinitely easier.
