Love the leveler!
I received the leveler on time, but the box was slightly damaged. The leveler is somewhat heavy and a little unwieldy but did a great job of leveling the trailer once I was able to get the end of the screw into the receiving dip in the bottom plate, which didn't line up as well as it should have. Love the leveler and will recommend it to all my trailer friends!

These things are an AMAZING help in leveling your pop up camper!
Pop up camper owners all over realize that the BAL leveler is an amazing and functional device! If you want to make your leveling and setup a snap, this will be a REVOLUTION for you. Easy to use and it works like nothing else. If there is a criticism, it would be how heavy it is (but it NEEDS to be sturdy), and the extra cost. But once you've used it for a while, you will be glad that you spent the extra $$, because it will save you time and give you peace of mind :)

Great for a pop up
I use this to help level my pop-up and it is so convenient. It is idiot proof, which means it’s perfect for me. Incredibly easy to use. Makes my life so much easier as opposed to trying to level everything on pieces of wood.

Wonderful device!
New PUP camper here. Purchased this leveler based on pervasive recommendations on PUP-related sites, forums and videos. This makes leveling a cinch ... conceivably saving friendships and marriages. ????

Happy two axle camper!
I have used the BAL leveler for a couple of years on my Casita. (Not sure of the weight, but around 4000 lbs) and I have loved it. I recently up graded to an Escape 21C. It has two axles and grosses out at 5000 lbs. After using the BAL on my Casita, I did not want to revert to the old way of Leveling. So.. I ordered another BAL leveler. My reasoning was that each axle on the Escape carried less weight than the single axle Casita. I have used the two levelers in tandem on my Escape twice now and they work like a charm. I raise them incrementally. I think they have less weight on the leveler in tandem than a single leveler. Don't know how long they will last using two at a time, but so far so good. Put me down as a "Happy Camper."

Works Perfect on an 18’ 4000 pound camper
Although I’d been wanting this to replace my yellow block levelers, I’d hesitated because of weight concerns. I went camping with a friend with an identical camper to mine but 22’ (vs. My 18’ camper) and similar weight (around 4000-4500 pounds) who had one and used without issue. I purchased that day. Since then it’s held up at camp sites across the country on asphalt, packed gravel and concrete without issue. I carry an impact driver, which makes this a breeze. It’s so much faster and easier that the old way and MUCH simpler when camping alone or with small children. I can now level my camper side-to-side within 1-2 minutes (depending on my impact drivers battery level) by myself with ease (I do have a small level stuck to the camper above each wheel). If you’re on the fence about one of these, don’t hesitate. They are 100% worth it.

Simple, effective, and stable
My family has been using pop up campers since I was a child and I have finally purchase my own! I have a 2011 Jayco Jay 1007 that has a gross weight of about 2,950 lbs. I am a bit new to towing a vehicle. Moving forward is no problem for me now that I've taken a few trips and gotten used to making wide turns and using my mirrors! However, backing up is a whole new world that makes me a bit anxious and causes me to use an abnormal amount of curse words; I want to do as little of it as possible. After going on a few trips with the Jayco and having to go through the process of leveling by adding/subtracting pieces of wood under my low-side tire (back up, pull forward, repeat), I knew that I wanted a simpler solution. The BAL Tire Leveler is that solution! Here are my thoughts: Things I like: * Simplicity. I maneuver myself into the campsite, chock the high side, place the BAL, adjust the height, and I'm done! * Security. I was always uncomfortable putting a bunch of boards under my wheel but the BAL removes all of my worry; the camper feels VERY stable * Its serves as its own tire chock....I know that thing isn't going anywhere without my permission * Price. I've seen this product in Camping World and other stores for over $100 Things to consider: * Height needs: most campground sites are going to be pretty level but I bring my Jayco to a lot of music festivals where you're setting up in a field or some other, ungraded piece of land where I've needed to do a lot of leveling work in the past. I'm a bit concerned that this might not raise the tire enough in some of these places and I'm not sure what I'll do if this ends up being the case. I may need to go back to adding some boards under the tire before placing the BAL...which I was hoping to avoid. We shall see. All other places, though, I have no concerns about whatsoever * Its a bit difficult to raise. The one that I have came with a ratchet to adjust the jack height. The wheel blocks it from making full rotations so I have to ratchet it and...well...when I have a lot of height to cover, it was slow going and I needed to take some breaks. That's not a big deal to me though as I might just be weak. I'll get over it but its something to consider if you don't feel like spending 10 minutes jacking this thing up All in all: I love this product and I'll be recommending it to others! The peace of mind that I feel from the provided stability and set up simplicity makes up for any extra time that I may need to put in on VERY unleveled surfaces
