Came opened - didn’t leak but very messy/dirty

I am excited to start using this product so all of my kids little silicone plates can stop tasting like dawn dish soap and I can be a little more mindful of him not eating weird soap flavored things with whacky ingredients. ANYWAY, this bottle came opened with the plastic wrap off the cap and a little soap scum all over the bottle unfortunately. It doesn’t seem like much is missing so either way I’m excited to try it, the scent is really nice.

Good non-toxic dish soap

This works well, has a mild pleasant smell and I love that it is toxin free. You have to use a little more then regular dish liquid but I will definitely buy it again.

Good soap not great at cutting grease.

Overall a nice soap that smells good without being overpowering. Unfortunately, if you are trying to get rid of grease and oil, it will take multiple washes.

I wanted to love but I just don't know...

We love the Attitude brand & that their products are non-toxic, but with that, it is a bit different than what we're used to in the chemical versions. For as big as a bottle this is, it didn't last as long. The soap came out super fast & almost more watery, so I felt like it didn't go as far & It felt like a waste. It also wasn't as sudsy as I was expecting. Lastly, in our opinion the packaging was misleading, and we thought we could use it in the dishwasher by mistake (lol) - you definitely can not!!

Leaky bottle which ruined my other, nonrefundable item in shipping box.

Just received today. Saw other reviews about leaky bottle, but ordered anyway. I ordered 2 bottles. 1 was fine. The other was open. I am exchanging it due to the lost soap. If I'm paying for an entire bottle, I expect the full amount. Unfortunately, it also leaked onto some parchment paper that was also in the box which was non-refundable. I'm hoping for the best with the replacement. Manufacturing, please correct this (seal the bottle) as it seems to be an ongoing issue and could be a deterant in placing future orders.

Love the Product. Trouble with it leaking during shipping.

I really like this soap. It has cleaner ingredients and is still a reasonable price. Unfortunately the last couple times I have ordered this product, it has leaked while shipping. They have wrapped the bottle in plastic so fortunately it hasn't gotten on anything else I've ordered but it still leaks outside the plastic some. It is not a huge deal but that also means less soap I get to use on my dishes, more wasted along the way. I really like the product but the packaging was so-so.

Is Attitude listening to customers?

This is great dish soap. It's relatively easy on the hands, including sensitive skin (which I have), it's natural ingredient composition is awesome, it smells great, and it's cut through every greasy mess I've thrown at it. People who are complaining this soap isn't strong enough either are always burning their food beyond recovery, or they're not doing simple things when they have stubborn messes like soaking it in hot water for a little while first or using a little elbow grease. But I took down 2 stars for such a great product because the bottle leaks during shipping. The last time I ordered an Attitude product was a year ago and it was a problem then too. There are countless customer reviews complaining of this same issue. And yet in all that time, the company has still not made changes or improvements to how they bottle their liquid soaps. Are you listening to customer feedback Attitude?

The bottle is leaking!

I have been using this product with different flavours for 2 years. I am happy with it! The only complaint I have and I want to repeat it is the opening of the bottle. It is too big and very difficult to control the amount to apply to the items I wish to clean. My last order came in with a tape on the neck of the bottle indicating that is for preventing the bottle from leaking. Well, it was leaking and the packaging plastic bag is full of bubbly liquid. About 1/3 of the content was out from the bottle. The tape didn't do the job. The only thing the manufacturer needs to do is to redesign the bottle opening.

Horrible!

Unfortunately for this company, I work with surfactants too. This soap is worthless, I switched back to dawn for now even though it bothers my skin and needed to be reassured that I wasn't crazy, this soap is awful. This soap leaves all my dishes with an oil film unless I use an excessive amount to wash each individual item. I had to use 1/8c to get 1 900ml plastic container clean. All that was it in was soup, nothing even fancy or oil added. Most of the time I get a leaky bottle too. I use some of the same surfactants as this dish soap to make my own shampoo/body wash, yet I could literally use my shampoo to wash dishes and be way more effective than this product. I use coco glucoside at a 20% dilution for hair and body. How is 5% expected to be acceptable to wash dishes??? Also notice on the ingredients it lists the surfactants first at 5% of the volume then proceeds to list the other ingredients with water first. This is legit, mostly water, which is fine if you are going to use a strong enough to wash dishes kind of surfactant. Not with coco glucoside especially. You will never get anything clean that way. Up to 30% is recommended for cosmetic use! This company cares more about money that producing a quality product. They are sending you a bottle of water with minimal surfactants and calling it dish soap. Dish soap should have much stronger surfactant quality than a homemade shampoo.

Puissant

Le pouvoir dégraissant fonctionne très bien, pas besoin de mettre une grande quantité comparé aux marques "traditionnelles", très moussant, le parfum est "puissant" mais donne une bonne odeur fruitée à toute la cuisine ! La seule chose un peu négative que je pourrais dire, c'est que le bouchon n'était pas fermé au maximum, et il y a quelques gouttes qui ont coulées, mais le produit était emballé dans un sac Amazon, alors il n'y a pas eu de dégâts sur les autres objets du colis, ni de grandes pertes ! :)

Update 28 September, 2020 I reordered this product because I like the quantity and quality. It’s a good amount for a decent price. I still love that it’s a Canadian company and cruelty-free. I’m not sure if this is a more concentrated batch, but the grease fighting seems to have improved. 17 July, 2020 Not the best at grease-fighting but It works pretty well. I like that it’s made in Canada and not tested on animals.
