Amazing customer service

I really like this vacuum as it is. I am amazed at the amount of cat fur it picks up. I bought it in October 2021. I forgot all about the warranty. I just noticed the wand release was loose because one side tab broke off. I looked all over the internet to find a replacement part with no luck. So I emailed the manufacturer to see if I could buy a part from them. Four days later I get a new vacuum delivered to my door! There is a five year warranty and they informed me that the warranty is still valid on the new one dating from my time of purchase. I was just going to duct tape it if I couldn't get a new part.

Good Vac

Wife just vacuumed house after vacuuming with our 20yo Dyson with non-functional brush/roller. All she can say is "WOW" . Picked up two more canisters of dog hair and dust. We live in a dusty dry climate with two big indoor mutts (that we love very much). Great suction and overall cleaning effect. No dust smell escaping unit. Head is maneuverable and fits under furniture. Hopefully this unit continues to impress.

Best vacuum I’ve ever purchased

I have four girls and many pets- as well as outdoor pets (farm like). Between the mud, snow, kid hair, pet hair, dirt and dust this vacuum holds up. I’ve owned it now for a year- I am hesitant to write reviews on things like this til they’ve taken a whirl around the sun. Still very happy with my impulse buy. Easy to take apart to empty, and best of all the loonnnnggg bar and pet fur does not wrap around the brush AT ALL. I didn’t want a vacuum I had to give a hair cut every month and this one held up to that! The cord is long and the hose is SUPER easy to use on the fly. It moves beautifully with the twist of my hand it turns a corner without struggle. So easy to use- great buy- I recommend this to friends and family.

Light weight, easy to use and works a treat

We have two German Shepherds, so we needed a vacuum for regular cleaning of the tile floor in our house. The vacuum arrived yesterday, and took maybe five minutes to get it set up and ready for its first use. Straight away I was impressed. The features of the vacuum match our needs, the cord is quite long so it does not need to be moved very often, and the vacuum cleans well and is very easy to maneuver. There is a switch to control the power bar, if it is running or not. Because we have tile floors throughout the house and this is mainly to control pet hair, I turned this off. At first. I found that if the vacuum is being used on larger clumps of fur, it is bet to have the bar running. One thing I'd like it to be able to use just the handle with attachments. Instead, the handle and hard tube are used, making close-quarter cleaning a bit harder. Overall, I like this vacuum, and would not hesitate to recommend it.

Best vacuum for dog hair

This is my second of this type of vacuum and I still think it is the best! Removes dog hair from thick carpet, great dust removal, easy to use.

3 cats so ability to suck up cat hair.

Works beautifully. Only issue is it is a little top heavy and hard to maneuver with my carpal tunnel and wish it had retractable cord. Otherwise it has got to be the best version of a "pet" vacuum I have ever owned !!!

Great for removing cat/dog fur

I have only used the vacuum a few times, but so far I am very pleased on how easy it is to move around and removes dog/cat fur really well. I found the unit very easy to clean compared to other vacuums and would recommend it!

Stopped working after 2nd use

Head no longer spins after the second time vacuuming. Definitely not worth the price and I do not recommend
