Better then store bought

I can't remember where I got this originally, but when I looked at Amazon, the string popped right up. I have store bought n this material doesn't last but a few revolutions.

Makes quick work of some tough weeds

This line is proving to be pretty solid for my Cub Cadet trimmer mower and my Honda Brushcutter. Easy and quick to put on leading to minimal disruption while clearing. Found this to be a great value overall and the performance is great. Managed to take down some some saplings with ease, but it does reduce the longevity.

Impressed!

I've been shocked at how long this lasts. Cutting weeds and small tree saplings about 3/8" and was able to burn through a full tank over an hour's time. Plenty of strikes against rocks and concrete too. I'm not all that careful. Line still usable, having lost about an inch off each end. I am using this in a special head that holds a single piece of line from the middle, so 2 ends are cutting. The only downside so far is the curl. At lower speeds, the line hits my trimmer's shield because the line is pre-curled. I need to orient the line when I install it so this does not happen. ;-)

Definitely buy if you have string mower

I use this on my string mower. I am amazed at how long the string lasts. Eventually you need to replace, but this is very durable. You will change less strings and buy less product. Highly recommend.

Arnold Extreme cuts big weeds fast

This .155-inch red licorice can cut big weeds in a hurry. It lasts a long time before having to replace. Tip: Cut your whip to length and use wire cutters to trim the ends to an arrowhead for even easier replacement. This product is a for sure winner, you won't be disappointed.

Good product, performance is certainly satisfactory however, I had to replace the strings a little more frequently than I hoped. More of an issue when coming across Burdock bushes. The Oregon .155 mm square line performed slightly better against the Burdock bushes and required less replacement.

Strong Stuff

In the past, I changed the walk-behind trimmer string three times per cutting. The Arnold .155-Inch x 109-Foot Xtreme Professional Grade Trimmer Line not only lasted the entire trimming exercise, it is still on the machine and ready for the next cut.
