Works great! Wrong Color Sent

I almost returned this because they sent the wrong color. I was looking forward to the cute blue color but they sent one in charcoal grey. I needed it for a road trip so decided to try it out. I was pleasantly surprised with how cold it kept my food and drinks! After four hours, I reached in for a drink and it felt like I was sticking my arm in a very cold refrigerator! It works so much better than any other cooler that I've ever owned! I didn't even fill it with ice, I just used a few small reusable ice packs. It kept my items cold for over 8 hours. I haven't tried it for hot foods and did not test it for leakage. It is lighter weight and easier to carry than hard sided coolers but still quite bulky. I assume that it's necessary to be bulky for better insulation. It fits nicely on the car floor between front and back seats and didn't fall over. I definitely recommend this cooler! It is a great size for road trips and will come in handy this summer for bringing home cold foods from the grocery store. If you layed it on its side, it would easily hold large pans of hot foods. It would also work well for food delivery drivers.

New color!!!

Have an Arctic Titan that is able to keep things cold but the zipper is wearing out so I needed a new one. Use it for camping trips and car trips. Never have to worry about the Titan getting warm. It keeps everything cold for hours even days. Love the new color.

Zipper busted

We loved the cooler, but the zipper broke after only being used a few times.

Perfect size for our SxS out in the desert

Great cooler. Does have a problem with zipper separating. Contacted customer service and they couldn't have been any better. Easy to work with and very helpful. Hopefully the newer version doesn't have the issue with zipper.

Keeps ice cold, but certainly not for 3 days!

I purchased this as it’s a great size and claimed it would keep ice cold for 3 days. It also claims to have an anti microbial inner lining. I took it full of ice and fruit to the beach for 12 hours. It Keeps ice cold, but certainly not for 3 days as the ice was melting 12 hours later. Nevertheless, it performed better than my usual Wegman’s bag so i decided to keep it!

Great cooler for the value.

I got this cooler for a road trip with the family. Something to keep drinks and snacks cool. Really impressed by how well this worked. Everything stayed cold for 13 hours, even with kids going in and out of the bag. It fits nicely on the floor of the back seat so everyone can get to it. The side handles are nice when it’s loaded up too. It’s not cheaply made from what I can see. Feels like high quality material as well as very durable. For the money it would be hard to find a better bag cooler in my opinion.

Great, long lasting cooler.

I received one of these for a Christmas present over five years ago and have used it SO many times but sadly the zipper gave out (I believe it was tugged on to hard) anyway it had a great life. I loved it so much I replaced it with the same product. Also if not obvious it does great at keeping things cold.

Pesima Calidad

Al principio todo bien con la hielera. Obviamente no dura 3 dias el hielo, ni siquiera una noche entera adentro de mi departamento con aire acondicionado a todo lo que da, pero por el precio estaba bien ya que tampoco me podía esperar el rendimiento de una YETI. Hasta ahi todo iba bien, hasta que el zipper empezó a fallar después de unos 7 usos. Inicialmente el zipper se descarriló, pero despues de moverle se volvió a carrilar. Segunda ocasión después de unos dias, igual. Al decimo uso aproximadamente, el zipper dejó de unir los dos lados, y ya no lo pude volver a hacer que se uniera. Fue el fin de la hielera. Me duró menos de 1 mes, muy mala calidad de Zipper.

Not good quality

I have had this freezer bag for less than 4 months and it came apart at the seam at the bottom of one of the side handles. This is only the second time this bag has been used since I got it. I don't know if this can be repaired without removing the insulation inside and completely re-sewing the entire bag. Probably useless now.
