This might not be very good (update: it isn't)
I am waiting to see how long this lasts, but I do not have high hopes.The shipping was timely, the packaging was good. Unfortunately the product seems very cheap. It is so light weight I though it would break with it's first use. The hard part of the seat seems very insubstantial. The padding is very very thin. The plastic covering is some kind of vinyl with a slight texture that seems to shift and is already getting wrinkled. it is not plush and cushy, but it is comfortable enough. I just don't think it will last more than a few months. I'll update this when I need a new seat. update 10/23/2015 - the big surprise is it lasted this long. the foam squished within the first 2 months and the flimsy construction did acquire a bend. What finally completely failed is the vinyl cover. The wrinkles cracked and became tears. Save your money. Since a regular seat is available for the same price. This seat can probably be found in a dollar store. For comparison's sake, the one this replaced was the same price at a hardware store and it lasted 3 years. We were just trying to get a better color.

Eh! You get what you pay for. The softness level is about 4 on a scale of 1-10. I just bought a toilet set cover that is supposed to be soft. I would not buy this product again.

OUCH OUR BUMS HURT SO BAD!!
Worst toilet seat in the world. That’s what I get for going cheap. Our butts have paid for it. You know when you were a kid and you road in a car with leather seats and no AC in the middle of the hottest part of summer. Plus you were in shorts or a swimsuit. And your legs just stuck to the seat and you had to peel them off and it hurt so bad. Well now we get to experience that everytime we sit down on it. And if you get up too fast, you’ll pay for it. I just bought a nice bidet and couldn’t really afford to but had to upgrade to one with hot & cold setting.. and we all just got over covid delta ????????????????????‍????????????‍???????????? so we definitely needed to replace our old one. So I thought what the heck it matches the bidet kinda. Let’s just say it’s been a month now and I just had my mom get me a new toilet seat for my birthday present. Happy birthday to me, I can’t wait for it to get here.

Nice Seat
I like the product but the foam seems kind of thin. I would like it to be a bit more "cushy" but other than that, it is a good product so far. It seems to be well made.

Comfy seat, love it!
Love this eat, it's comfy and seem sturdy to me. Bought to replace an expensive slow close seat that the hinges stopped working on(after only 2months) This is much quieter when it closes and it's still in perfect condition 6 months after installing it!

Poor quality
Poor quality. Seat cracked open on day one. Also smaller than an average sized toilet seat so the fit is not correct. Would not purchase again and was a waste of dollars.

The seat is perfect for soft seat!
I order eglongnated not round and AQUA Plumb COLOR but a light blue came instead!!! So not the color I was hoping for and not the long seat but round came!
