Great product; fantastic customer service

The float works well in all 4 positions. The mesh is pliable and comfortable. The cover over the inflated tubes is material, not vinyl, so again very comfortable. We did have an issue with one of the handles pulling loose the first time the float was picked up (even without any tension or weight other than the float itself). Customer service immediately sent a replacement - can't ask for any better! My only suggestion to the company would be to do a cross stitch on the handle attachment point to give it better durability. Overall, very satisfied!

Good luck replacing the insert float

The insert/float popped within 3 days of using this float. I can’t find a replacement, so the item is pretty much useless until the float can be replaced. I have knock off floats that hold up better than this…..it’s a little disappointing that the item is defective.

pool float

This is one of the best pool floats I have ever purchased. It floats easily - you can sit with blow up floats under your arms or under your head and knees! Stays blown up.. so comfortable. It's a win/win/win in my opinion. PS... We purchased 2 of the regular length and 2 of the XL length which works well for taller folks. They appear to be and feel like sturdy materials. The XL length has a more cloth like mesh - the regular size is a more of a soft plastic mesh - both are comfortable in my opinion. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

Perfect for travel or home!

This was purchased to replace an older version of the same product. On our last international trip, I mistakenly failed to wash and completely dry the last salt water off my well used and beloved float prior to packing it in the suitcase, causing it to become stained with mildew or mold. As a frequent traveler and germaphobe, I’m grossed out by the thought of using a pool float at a resort that’s been used by who-knows-how-many people. The deluxe water hammock is the perfect solution. I was pleasantly surprised to receive this replacement as it looks even nicer and comes with a storage bag the previous one didn’t have. Excellent for packing in a suitcase, lightweight and lays flat. Inflation is a cinch (less than 1 minute to inflate or deflate completely- no pump needed!), the plastic is thick and durable, and the fabric washes nicely and does not fade. Carrying handles are useful for keeping hands free when walking to the pool or beach. It’s so comfortable I can float for literally hours, and this has become one of my can’t-leave-home-without-it travel necessities. Be sure to thoroughly rinse and dry after using in sea or lake water prior to packing in a suitcase. Once home I use a sponge and vinegar/water solution then rinse. If needed, a deep clean can be done by diluting 2 tbsp bleach/1 gallon warm water, agitating with a scrub brush. Rinse well and dry completely before storing.

BEST FLOAT EVER! BUT BE SURE YOU GET THE FABRIC COVERED ONE!

Bought 1 last year and used it constantly in the lake. Colors stayed bright. Even after sitting all winter in a spare bedroom it had not lost any air and we put it right back into the water this year. Had guests fighting to use it so ordered another one this year. Be careful not to buy the cheaper one as it's plastic and not fabric covered like the resort quality one for $33. Worth every penny! Had a guest weighing 250lbs and it held her up perfectly! The outside fabric pillow area opens up on the side with velcro so you can reach the blow-up valve on the inner vinyl bladder. (Someone cut a hole in their pillow thinking the value was sewn inside). Very excellent quality! The nice fabric does not rub or stick to your skin like vinyl floats do. Will possibly have to buy more as these are everyone's favorite float.

YES!!

I bought this float for myself on Friday and it was here by Saturday. Went to the pool with my hubby and he grabbed it from me and said “the real test is to see my my fat A????????will stay above water”.. needless to say, he did and I never got it back???? So I ordered a second right at the pool and got it the very next day and we’re just a floating couple now haha MUST HAVE!!

It didn't show the bag on the box, but it was inside the box.

I received the Delux relax item and while the package on line states it comes with a bag the box does not show there is one. I read another review that stated the one they received was smaller and didn't have a bag which is what I assumed happened to me. However, I decided to open the box and than goodness I did. While the deluxe DOES seems smaller as I believe this is 44 inches, it does come with the bag and the float was actually inside the bag when I opened the box. If you order this and you were looking for 47 inches well you won't be happy. If you are okay with 44in and think the bag may not be with it I recommend you open it before you return it...

Great floaties! Loved them.

Got 2 of these floaties to take to Mexico despite reading some of the negative reviews. The floaties are great quality, and after lots of use, only showed minimal fraying after the floaties rubbed against a rough rocky surface over the course of my 10 day stay (rough edges along the sides of a lazy river that we made many trips through). They were very easy to inflate and stayed nicely inflated for several days. They were super comfortable and light to carry around. After realizing that these were actually great, I came to the conclusion that most of the negative reviews I found were from people who were too stupid to figure out some really basic things. For example: 1) I read several negative reviews that complained about the rubber mouthpiece you use to inflate the ends of the floaties, saying that they thought theirs was defective because they couldn't blow in them. One such reviewer stated they took a knife to it to make a new hole and subsequently destroyed it in the process. The solution is very simple. The mouthpiece has a small valve in it that is sealed when it is new. Bite down (not too hard, you aren't trying to eat the damn thing) on the rubber and you'll feel a small pop of the seal breaking. Now you can inflate it as you would expect. Do not stab it with a knife, because that is ridiculous and obviously not the solution. 2) Another common thing I saw in some negative reviews was people saying they found it difficult to inflate the floaties because the mouth piece was behind some mesh. Once again, the solution is quite simple. The ends of the floaties are like pillowcases with one end sealed by velcro. Open the velcro, pull out the vinyl inflatable part, inflate it, then put it back inside. How these people failed to realize they had to take the inflatable part out is mind boggling. If you have even the most basic problem solving skills, you should have yourself a really nice new floatie that works great! I also have the basic version that is less expensive, but this one is vastly superior with the comfortable fabric covering the inflatable parts.

Perfect for resort life!

I used this on a trip to an all-inclusive resort and was the envy of so many guests. The float is VERY easy to travel with; light weight for luggage requirements; storage bag to keep segregate from clothes; fabric like pillows doesn’t get hot to touch in sun. We have 2 of these and absolutely LOVE them!!!

This would be an easy 5 star review except for the fact the pillows take a good bit of wrestling to get into their fabric pocket. Save your self embarrassment of fighting plastic and seat them at home before you go out
