Best electric wine opener

I absolutely love this wine opener. My husband and I love wine and have been through so many different wine openers. I've had some that were electric and some that were non. My husband and I prefer the electric ones of course. They are better on our hands and fingers. We have owned ones that have rechargeable batteries and one with just regular batteries. I like both. This one is with just regular batteries. I like the act that I don't have to be close to an outlet and can just replace the batteries when needed. This particular one has a foil cutter attached to it! If you're like me and lose everything small, this is awesome that it's attached to the device. It's sharp and cuts well too. The owner itself is super easy to use. Once you cut the foil seemlessly, you just put the device on top of the wine cork and hold the down arrow button until it stops. It cleanly takes the cork out. And to remove the cork from the machine, all you need to do is press the up button until the cork releases itself. I absolutely love this wine opener. It also helps that the seller was awesome! They were responsive and answered anything I needed. Their description was clear and their packaging was top notch. I would highly recommend this opener and seller.

Ozeri Products Work Well!

The media could not be loaded. This is the second Ozeri electric wine bottle opener we've purchased, but the first one that takes batteries only. Our first one is rechargeable. Ozeri has a great product at a very reasonable price. This particular model takes 6 AAA batteries for power and also has a "half" aluminum foil cutter that magnetically sticks to the top to cut the seals off of the top of the wine bottles. Using the foil cutter worked well, you have to press your thumb against the cutter and use your other fingers opposite of the cutter to work it around the opening. Once the foil was removed it was time to try the wine opener! We placed the wine opener over the opening of the wine bottle and held the down button. The electric wine opener corkscrew went in to the cork, and as you continue to hold the down button it also removes the cork from the bottle! Once the cork is remove, press the up button until the cork is released. All in all, this is a great product especially for $9.95! I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

It works ... sometimes.

It didn't with like I'd like but it eventually gets the cork out. You get what you pay for.

Big and clunky, but does the job.

My bottle opener arrived quickly and in good condition. I'm new to the world of bottle openers like this, probably because I don't drink wine and don't have expensive tastes. Overall, it seemed sufficient. It was a bit bigger than I expected and I was surprised since it used so many batteries that they were not rechargeable. I think it would work okay at home, but not something I'd want to take on the road. I got the black one which was okay, but I like the fact that there are several other colors to choose from if you like them better. Overall, this was a great product for the price.

This is slower but works great

we've had other openers and they were alright but would often go off center. This one has worked perfect every time. And no base or cord on the counter for recharging. I'll take changing batteries every few months.

Good product!

The Ozeri Facina gets the job done. I love that it is battery operated and can be put away in a kitchen drawer (it’s small enough to fit), but dislike that it takes 6 batteries to operate. It does come with a set of batteries so that is a plus. Directions state it can open 60 bottles with one set of batteries. I haven’t opened that many bottles yet but it’s still running. Overall good product, and would recommend it to others. Price is great too!

Expensive foil cutter

I purchased this because my arthritis makes using my old corkscrew difficult and painful. Sadly, I’m very disappointed with this opener. It only partially pulled out the cork. I had to use my old corkscrew to finish the job. The one thing I did like, although I didn’t expect to, was the foil cutter. It felt like cheap plastic, and I didn’t think it would work, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it worked fine......but that makes the whole thing a very expensive foil cutter.

Good for the price

Not a big wine drinker but this electric opener might increase the appetite. Perfect for me as I still recover from my broken elbow. Very elegant design, and easy to use all in one. I was surprised it need so many batteries, but It is ok, as I would not like to be in the position to forget to charge and need it ...and than go for the manual one..lol..and I appreciate it came equipped.

No more lazy wine drinking!!

I’ve got to hold my hands up and say I’ve become a lazy wine drinker, only buying screw cap bottles for sheer convenience... well not anymore! I’ve found this product so easy to use and it fits perfectly in our kitchen as the one we ordered was grey. Delivery time was really quick too. Would make a great gift for other lazy wine drinkers like myself or just fine to buy yourself as its pretty inexpensive too! Love it!

Makes opening a wine bottle sooooo easy!

I was so excited to try out my new electric wine opener that I decided to have a glass of wine before the kids had even had supper! It comes with the six AAA batteries you need to get that first bottle cracked open in record time. Once the batteries were installed, it was a simple matter of holding the opener over the wine bottle and pressing the button. Then I stood there for about 20-30 seconds just salivating in anticipation of my forthcoming wine. The opener did all the work! To get the cork off, you just press the button the other way and the cork comes right out of the opener. It comes nicely packaged and would make a great housewarming gift. I only have one complaint... I don't have enough wine in my wine rack right now to use this as much as I like!
