SOAK Stickers.....

.....with Goo Gone for about half an hour and you should have no problem removing the stickers. Do not apply and expect the stickers to come off immediately. And it has to be Goo Gone, neither hot water, rubbing alcohol nor nail polish remover will work. I say half an hour because I soaked the stickers, went on to have coffee, and when I was done the stickers came off using a paper towel. There was still a bit of residue but another application of Goo Gone, waiting five minutes, and that residue came off easily. I wanted the stickers off of the trays, too, and found the best way to do so was to turn the tray over so that the sticker was facing down, and then I poured Goo Gone in the little openings of the tray so that it could soak the sticker from the bottom. I am not going to drill little holes into the bottom of the container. Should the water at the bottom of the reservoir go higher than 3/4 of an inch, it will spill over to the center part where the "lower arm" that stabilizes the planter is located and exit the planter from that location. We have a new composite deck with aluminum railing topped with white vinyl. I did not want any metal brackets, risking rust stains. These planters look great and will not cause any damage to our deck. I already bought five and will buy more.

Impossible to get the instruction stickers off!

Ordered the 32-inch one in white. Easy to assemble, but man, those stickers are almost impossible to remove!! The instructions are on a sticker in a few places on the planter…when u try to remove them, they come off in pieces or not at all. I tried Goo Gone, rubbing alcohol, soaking it in water—nothing removed the white paper/glue. I am hoping over time, the weather/rain will dissolve what’s left.

Very sturdy, well made

I’m pleased with this product after a frustrating search to find a railing planter of good quality. These are very well made and very sturdy. They can be adjusted for railing width and there is a pin to lock in place (and a little arm in the lower back to level/straighten the planter). Loved them so much I bought four and I would definitely buy them again.

Excellent product and helpful customer service!

I had perviously purchase a 24" planter, which has lasted well. I just purchased two 36" planters. A small piece was missing upon arrival and with one call the item was sent to me. I was treated professionally in a friendly manner. Recommend this item and business.

Stickers and Pins

I can agree w/ 1 reviewer about stickers very hard to get off or not at all. Also, the pins aren’t easy to secure. We have ours up and it works fine.

Vendor replaced the Missing the drain pan and bracket arms

Update: contacted vendor and they immediately sent out the missing drain pan and bracket arms. Polite, friendly, and quick customer service. They were delivered apx. 1 week after I contacted them. Original: I purchased two of these planter boxes to hang from an exterior wall that needed a bit of color. Was so disappointed to find the drain pan and brackets missing from the package. They are not usable without those pieces. I have contacted the manufacturer to see if they can send the missing components to me. Will update to let you know how they respond and adjust my rating.

Great planter

Yes, the stickers holding the brackets and pins in place are a nuisance, but there's no reason to have to clean every last bit of them off the planter. I just used a knife to punch through the labels over the drain holes. The labels on the outside of the planter come off easily and without leaving any residue behind. Yes, I will have to drill drain holes in them. Not a terrible hardship. If your pins don't go in all of the way, it's because you haven't pushed the brackets up all of the way. They need to click into place. I've bought 7 of these in 3 different orders and there were no missing or broken parts. Time will tell how durable they are. Will not start using them for several months. I will update if there are any problems. And you can get these a lot cheaper from sources other than Amazon.

24" Adjustable Railing Planter

The stickers that are placed on the planters are impossible to remove. You have to spray them with WD40 & scrape them off with a putty knife. Other than that, a very well put together product.

Comode e robuste...ma i "bulloni" (alcuni) sono difettosi

Sono comode e robuste. La plastica è di buona qualità. Su alcune ho riscontrato problema con i "bulloni" plastificati che servono per coprire l'incastro. È solo una questione estetica però mi dispiace, anche l'estetica è importante e alcuni saltano via (neppure il martello è servito). Forse era un lotto difettoso,non saprei Dopo aver svasato le piante ovviamente le ho tenute! Tutta quella fatica! Magari controllate se funzionano prima di iniziare lo svasamento!

Pessima

Acquistate due fioriere, purtroppo entrambe con lo stesso difetto, uno dei due bracci non si aggancia bene perché c'è una linguetta di plastica che non è stata rimossa. Sforzando più volte il perno per farlo entrare si è schiacciato e non credo che il vaso resisterà a lungo appesa al balcone. Davvero delusa. Capisco il difetto su una ma avendolo riscontrato in entrambe le fioriere credo sia proprio vergognoso. Considerando che sono vasi da appendere ai balconi ritengo sia anche pericoloso se appesi verso l'estero. Ho notato tra l'altro che anche altri utenti hanno sottolineato lo stesso difetto, quindi é quasi una fortuna se ti arriva così come dovrebbe essere.

Soddisfatto

Robustezza da valutare nel tempo, intanto la plastica sembra abbastanza buona. Buono il livello del salva acqua e soprattutto fantastico il "regolatore di pendenza" che sta in mezzo. Sarebbe bello avere la possibilità di - comprarne solo uno o due minimo - avere anche dimensioni diverse (più profonde o più larghe) Aggiungerei all'oggetto delle fascette da usare per fermare i due manici in sicurezza sulla ringhiera del balcone.

Sturdy and attractive

I'm pleased with these railing planters. I bought two and spray painted them to match my house--they took the paint okay but scuff easily; I'll need to touch them up before next summer. Also, as another reviewer noted, the stickers were very difficult to get off, even with Goo Gone. That said, they are extremely well designed with a reservoir to hold excess water; if they overflow, the water drips out a hole in the bottom, so there's no big mess. The support arms lock in securely, and the lower bracket, that sits against the spindles of your railing, holds the planter level and provides added stability. I found these for about half the price at Lee Valley (which is why I knew they'd be good quality), but Lee Valley only sells them in-store, so I was glad to find them online at Amazon.
