Groomers choice

Our puppy Pablo’s Groomer recommended this brush to keep him from matting and I would say that this by far has been a good investment for Pablo’s we haven’t had any issues with matting since we bought the brush. The groomer stated that this is the brush that they use inside of the shop.

Sturdy brush, comfortable handle

I was expecting this brush to be a tad bigger than it is. To me, this seems more like a "small" size. That being said, I like the comfort grip handle. It is easy on my hand after brushing and brushing. This brush is good and sturdy; I can work out a tangle and not be worried that the head of the brush is going to snap off from the handle. Again, my only complaint was the size. If you have a dog any larger than a small schnauzer, you are definitely going to want to go with the large size brush.

My dog hates to be brushed, but does very well with this brush. It makes a difficult job much easier.

tiny toy brush

i never write reviews but absolutly had to for this brush, first off ive been a do groome for 20+ years, so i have alot of experince with brushes, that bing said this is a really nice brush very sturdy, good quality and i would give it 5 stars normally, but the description says its a medium size brush, the photo looks like a normal so i really didnt feel the need to break out the ruler and take measurment. What i got was a brush so small i wouldent even call it a kitten brush! i was highly disapointed, jts totally worthless,and spending 9$ on it only made it worse! the description absolutly needs to be changed. This is however no fault of the seller (even andis call it medium) i have since orderd a large brush because as i said its a really nice brush, but buyer beware and if you have a dog tbats any larger than a coke can, spend the extra 3$ and get the large.

Good value

All the andis brushes work good for the money. I keep these as my back up or a very dirty dog to brush out a little before a bath.

Good brush works with my long haired cat

Definitely a good brush and works well on my long and short hair cats. Really gets the undergrowth out, which has cut down on the shedding considerably. The tiny wires also catch all the hair it kicks up, so it does not escape- big problem I have had with other brushes. Small enough head that it works on their necks, sides and belly, but covers enough ground to be effective.

Great brush / Firm bristles / Detangles gently

Really impressed with this! It wasn’t expensive but it works really well. I have an Australian shepherd poodle cross with long tangled hair and this does a great job. It’s small enough to use around her face/neck but wide enough that I can do her back quite comfortably. 10/10 would recommend (though maybe not for a large dog as it might be too small)

Good brush but has problems

The brush endings are not coated with anything like small rounded plastic or rubber making the ending of each bristle very sharp and pointy. It hurts on my skin so much if I scratch myself accidentally while brushing my dog. So I have stopped using it. I got a new one from a local shop that had protective rounded endings.

Not recommended at all

The needles/bristles are extremely sharp and rounded as claimed by the seller! My pet, a beagle, screamed and turned away immediately! I brushed my hand and got scratches! It’s not self cleaning type and shall pose difficulties in removing the hair from the needles! Please chose any other product from the range offered by Amazon!

Great little brush

We have an aussie doodle and this brush works great to get out knots and mats. I wish I had of bought the bigger version as this is a smaller brush.
