Bought for bread

This was entirely too small for anything I could ever use it for. Returned it before using. Wanted to use it to bake a load in the oven. It was oddly really light than what I'm used to for cast iron as well.

You may have to rebox if you plan to gift

Bought this as a gift but this is how it came. Product doesn't appear to be damaged but it's kind of embarrassing to give someone something that looks like you had some old pots and pans laying around that you weren't using and found the box for it stashed in the back part of your garage or attic somewhere. I know it's minor in the grand scheme of things but still kinda sucks.

DON'T BELIEVE WHAT YOU READ

I am very disappointed and confused. The picture of your product and description and ultimately the price are very misleading. The picture is of two casseroles and three pots with lids for $16.99. The descriptions reads 'American Metalcraft CIPOV856 Cast Iron Oval Casserole'S' and Pot'S', 10.875" Length x 6.125" Width, Black'. I had to read it over and over, check over and over and finally ordered. Then I ordered for a friend. She got her casserole - ONE CASSEROLE - today. I was upset. I feel very dumb and quite misled. I feel that both she and I have been misled and deserve a complete set of casseroles and pots with lids at the very least (I'm sorry but I do) and that you people need to clear up the advertising on the site.

Live the size of it. Easily a meal for two adults or four kids can be prepared in this pan. Goes from oven to table nicely. Love it.
