A good addition to my aquarium

Convict or mbuna size
It's very attractive and fits in well with my theming, but it's a bit smaller than I thought it was going to be. The measurements reflect the jug handles and the entire length, not the cave proportions. It's about the right size for 4in cichlids like Malawi mbunas, most firemouths, jewels, and convicts.

Beautiful Aquarium Piece
This such a pretty addition to my Roman theme that I have set up in one of my aquariums. Nice quality, came well packed, pretty colors, great size.

Buyer beware
Super cute piece for any tank HOWEVER Be prepared to sit for awhile and snip and sand the heck out of it, if you care for your fish anyways. I ran my fingers around the piece and cut my finger.. got to looking and it is very sharp and jagged all over it. Just sanded it all up and I believe I have it all smoothed now so my fish won't kill themselves. Please don't just toss this in your tank, make it safe for your finned buddies.

hidding place
I have a slat water fish tank and the fish love this piece it gives them a sense of security. and when they swim around it is neat to watch them swim through the holes, very relaxing....for me anyway.

Purchased for my snake
I was worried this might have sharp edges unsafe for my snake. I read all of the reviews from people that bought this as a hide for a snake and they were all positive, one person even left feedback that it didn’t have sharp edges. Unfortunately in person the edges are as sharp as they look. There are also sharp rims on the inside as well from the mold that was used to make it. I sanded it down for a pretty long time until it was all smooth, which can take off the exterior paint and details but most of my sanding was on the inside so that didn’t bother me much. My little snake loves it though, as I expected he would!! So I’m sure this decoration would be great in aquariums but in terrariums where your reptile could be in contact with the surface I’d definitely make sure you that you take that into consideration.

Very unsafe!
Those who have purchased this item or are thinking of doing so I would advise extreme caution. I thought this a lovely item when I first bought it but within a week or two both my fish had managed to injure themselves on the many sharp edges on the inside and outside of the wretched thing. I'm still waiting for the big wound my comet sustained to heal and my ryukin, although not so severely damaged, has also suffered a very unpleasant injury.

Nice size
Not bad size, photographed with standard mug for sizing, reviews said the colour flakes off after time so I've sprayed mine with clear lacquer and dried before putting in pond

Paint removal whilst in the tank
I purchased this item for my tropical tank and after a few days my tank became cloudy !! After removing this product I found the paint coming off into my skin fortunately my fish are unharmed but this item is not suitable for tropical tanks !!! My tank levels were fine before this item was placed in the tank I think a review of this item is required !!!

A very well built item, nice paint effect too our little blue cobalt lobster enjoys hiding in it daily. However a slight issue would be that after a few washes and water changes the paint has begun to flake off so I've had to keep an eye on it incase any flakes off in the tank. Not sure if it's because it's in warm water and built for cold water tanks.

You might need to file down some edge's
Good details on the urn looks great in my tank now, it has a nice weight to it also, only downside to it is inside the item it has a few sharp edges that I had to file down to make it safe for my plecos... Overall good item for a decent price.
