This makes super fine angel hair grated hard cheese.
I like this grater. I’ve been looking for one that grates cheese very fine. This one does the job but you must have a strong grip to hold the cheese in place with the left hand and while at the same time have the other arm strong enough to turn the handle to grate the cheese. This could be difficult for people with arthritis. I’ve used this for sharp cheddar and hard Parmesan cheese.

This can be the best cheese grater you will ever use if you buy chunks of cheese that are not rock hard and cut off a piece that is the correct size and shape. Just play around a little at first. You will be pleased.

They need to be loaded right, but that is on the operator
Much better than buying the plastic models which are cheaper but last 5 months at best

Must have
This is a great product, very easy to hold, very easy to use, and still looks like new after many uses. It is also easy to clean - I just soak it in water for a few minutes and everything comes off very easily after that.

Leider besteht Verletzungsgefahr
The media could not be loaded. Die Reibe macht grundsätzlich einen guten Eindruck und durch die gummierte Unterseite verrutscht diese auch nicht. Das Ergebnis beim reiben, in diesem Fall Parmesan, ist nicht zu beanstanden. Leider is der Griff relativ locker und nicht fest vernietet. Schon bei etwas festerem Druck von oben, den ich gerne für einen festen Stand nutzen möchte, rutscht der Griff ins innere der Reibe. Dies bietet ein hohes Potential sich zu verletzen wenn man abrutscht und die Reibe entlangschrammt. Für meinen Anwendungszweck bzw. die Art und Weise wie ich sie verweden möchte, ist sie daher leider ungeeignet und geht zurück.

Love this, grates cheese, compact and easy to wash
I have limited space and the grater we had was annoying. It took up loads of space and was a faff to wash. So then I remembered the grater of my childhood that was flat and simple. I had a look in amazon and there it was and oh I love it. I have only ever used the grater on any cheese grater so this is all i needed and its so much easier to have around! Buy it!

Easy to use, easy to clean
I'm not to up-to-date on modern grating technology, but I once was a man in possession of cheese and now I am a man with a plate of perfectly grated cheese. That sounds like a good grater to me.

Blunt
The cutting edges of the grating holes have not been sharpened. When you try to grate a food item it just crushes and crumbles it. This product is not fit for purpose and is being returned.

Not Sharp enough
The description states "Multi-purpose versatility" yet you cannot grate a lemon or orange as the blades are not sharp enough. So you will end up rubbing and it will not even make a scratch on the surface. I wonder if anybody can peel anything with it. I was hoping that Amazon folks would have tested the product before release.
