less expensive alternative to other brands
I needed a pen just for potty training but didn't plan on using it long term so I didn't want to invest in some of the more expensive brands. My dog is a very large breed and although he is still very young he is already 25 pounds and can jump up on the sides of the gate but it doesn't move or lose its shape. Is easy to assemble and fold back up. I had company over and wanted to put the pen away and it only took a couple minutes to break down. It's great quality especially for the price, and when he grows out of it next month I won't feel like I got a bad deal.

It Connects to the Crate!
We have a very anti-social & anxiety riddled dog named Bullet, and he loves to spend time in his kennel but I often feel bad leaving him shoved up in the box. What if he wants to stretch his legs or something? So we bought this. I absolutely LOVE that I can connect it to his kennel. He has a cute little setup on a foam floor now near our outside door and he seems happy with his new-found isolated freedom. Would recommend for puppies, or anyone else in a similar situation. He doesn't try to get out of it ever, so not sure how it would hold up against a little Houdini type of dog, but for dogs who are kennel trained and ok with being put away, its a cool gizmo to have.

Great pen for the price
I have another brand pen for the past 10 years (purchased March 2013) so my review is based more on a comparison. Pros: 1) Super easy set up, moving and take down 2) Absolutely love the hinge that holds the entire holded pen together. Makes for ease in moving and setting aside 3) Hinges seem sturdy and well put together (my current pen had sharp edges on the hinges and broke easily. We ended up having to use zip ties and snipping off broken hinges) 4) Latch system seems very well thought out to keep pen together instead of those cheap plastic tongs that break in 5 minutes Con: 1) Did not come with a storage bag. Instructions state to store in original box (good luck with that. And who keeps boxes?) 2) The door is not well designed and opens fully from top to bottom. I am including pics so you can see how it catches on the carpet trying to open the door. It would have been better designed if there was 3-4 inches of solid cage and the pup has to walk over to enter/exit. It would have made this section of the pen sturdier. I have no idea how you are supposed to be able to use this pen outdoors without disassembling to let your pet in. 3) The size of each panel is 3 inches smaller than my current pen and about 2 inches smaller than other pens I looked at. This pen would be more appropriate for "small" pets, not med/large. Overall, I am satisfied with this pen. However, my 2.5 year old has been trained in the pen. I bought this as a backup to contain my beast while I am working on projects in the basement and cannot keep my eyes 100% on her. We are also using this to train how to relax outside of her crate. So the smaller size might be beneficial in the long-run.

Good Product for the Price
I purchased this to potty train my pups to go outside. I placed this on my patio and am training them to go on a grass pad in preparation for the hurricanes. (I live in Florida) It's a bit flimsy, but is okay for my pups as they are small, but even then, if they jump up, they cause it to sway somewhat. I do like that it has clips that fit over the folded sections to keep the panels straight. It will eventually be moved outside when I transition the pups to go outside and maybe then it will be a little sturdier, as it comes with ground anchors. Overall, this is a good bargain for the price and if you have small dogs.

Excellent chicken brooder
I used this as a brooder for 7 hens this year. Worked so well and is an outstanding value. Well built and when not in use it folds flat to slide behind whatever. We’ll use is next to contain my dogs at the lake never month. I know it will work well for that too. Try this one first. It’s good to go

Best thing I've bought on Amazon
We have a new puppy, this pen has been amazing! As she's graduated with potty training, etc. it's been a perfect solution for her. We can adjust the size when necessary, clip it right to her kennel, move it from room to room, etc. For Inside and Outside, it's been an ideal solution for keeping her contained. It's currently being used to block a wide entryway for her. Love this!

Perfect!! Just needed to strengthen it up with cable ties but very impressed with this for the price. Don't feel as guilty leaving my pup whilst I'm at work now.

Davvero utile robusto e adattabile ai nostri spazi
Davvero soddisfatto del mio acquisto sia per il prezzo (40€) che per la qualitá che per la sua utilità. Nei negozi ne avevo visti simili, ma più piccoli e molto più costosi. Mi è arrivato così come lo vedete in foto, gli otto pannelli tutti da 60x60 si chiudono su se stessi così da poterlo trasportare facilmente in qualsiasi occasione. Ogni pannello è unito all’altro da dei supporti snodabili in modo da poter dare qualsiasi forma al nostro recinto. E in più ci sono anche dei picchetti se lo si volesse montare su un terreno. Io ho scelto la versione con la porta, ma si potrebbe avere anche senza con 5€ in meno, ma la porticina la trovo utilissima perchè il cagnolino così puó decidere di entrare e uscire quando vuole e non essere messo dentro tipo punizione. L’altezza dei pannelli è di 60cm, ottimo per cagnolini piccoli e medi. La comodità di questo recinto è che possiamo dare qualsiasi forma vogliamo o addirittura c’è la possibilità di aprire i tre ganci di sicurezza e ottenere un recinzione tutta aperta o chiudere un angolo o chiudere una zona qualsiasi oppure tantissimi altri modi in base alle nostre necessità. Ho acquistato questo articolo per quando devo allontanarmi da casa e ho la necessità di lasciare il cagnolino in casa, ma non posso lasciargli tutte le stanze a disposizione.

PEACE!
After having spent the past 2 weeks trying to work at home whilst also managing puppy chaos & wire biting Etc., wrapping this around the crate has given us both the space we need whilst not being cruel. I’m so happy! She seems better behaved & calmer already too. :) (Used for a 10 week old Cockapoo) Worth mentioning the feet are super well designed for carpet. The thing is also surprisingly solid! Update: the door is on an end of the panel set, and the set is connected in a way you can’t easily disconnect and reorder panels which can be a problem if you want door access. Using a pair of needle nose pliers I trashed the connectors and split the set in two, allowing me to reorder the set with the door in the middle. The way I’m using this means it works a treat. Was easy enough to do.

Absolute life saver.
We bought this play pen for our new puppy thinking we could pop her in there occasionally if she needed to be kept safe while we did something, it's huge! While it didn't really fit in the living room, once the Christmas tree was down and our older dog has adjusted to the trauma of a new sister, we didn't need it in there, but its shape and the way it's constructed means we can fit it into almost any space, it doesn't have to be a hexagon, it can be a square or a rectangle, or as in my photo, a whatever-shape-fits in your area. We use it in the office to keep her safe after breakfast while she sleeps and we work. Our older dog visits her like she's in puppy jail. Sometimes you buy something and it's kind of ok but you low-level regret spending the money, and sometimes you buy something and can't imagine how you'd have managed without it. This is the latter. Very happy with it. The gate doesn't really open very well but it's step-overable. Edit July 2021, the gate works just fine, it was just a bit stiff when it was new, also, puppy still sleeps in this for a couple of hours every work morning (3 days a week). Still one of my best ever purchases.

Just What I Wanted
Perfect size and height for my bunny. He can't jump out but still has lots of room to play. I wouldn't use this for a dog...unless your dog is the size of my rabbit. It also fits perfectly around these $13 foam mat floor I bought at Walmart. It was super easy to assemble. Took 2 minutes.
