Yes, it is machine washable
Firstly, yes - it is machine washable. Seems an earlier version of this mat was not. I purchased the 23 x 18 for my pup. So far, I've washed it once and it did well in the washer. However, I do have a washer that doesn't have the center agitator, so if you do, your milage may vary. The cushioning is bias toward to outer sections as after a night or two, the center seems to be pretty flattened out. The material on the top is soft to the touch and the bottom is made of a thinner ballistic type material. If your dog is a digger in the crate, I'm not confident this would last very long to be honest. For the price compared ones from Kong ranging in the $40-50 range, I'd say this is worth it. My pup doesn't mind being in the crate and doesn't try to dig it's way out! If he were, I'd say bite the bullet and get the tougher Kong ones or go without a mat. I liked the first one I received so I bought a total of three for both of my crates and an extra if one ends up in the laundry.

Perfect for elderly pet bedding!
I buy the small size for my big old Maine Coon cat. He loves them and it eases my mind, knowing that he is comfortable in his old age. They are easy to clean and stay in place. It's not just a cheap, thin pad that lumps or seperates. It has the perfect loft of about 2-3", and cradles my buddy so he doesn't slide or slip off of it. Since he's a Coon Cat, (loves to "hold hands"), he loves to grab and hold onto the soft edge while he sleeps. Your fubabes will have their own comforting bed and your wallet won't empty! As for size, the small is perfect for any pet 30lbs or Under. It's just a bit smaller than a standard bed pillow, for a size reference. If any of that applies to your pet, give these a try!

Nice bed for pet
The bird is nice and plush, it fits the crate perfectly. Only reason I am not giving five star is because it doesn’t have any strings to tie to the crate base. What happens is the dogs keep moving around in the bed gets twisted or moved one side, my old pet bed had a strings on the corner so it remains always attached to the crate frame

My dog loves it!
Got this for my German Shepards kennel, she loved it as soon as she stepped on it. I have thrown it in the washer several times and it's still holding up, I would buy this again

My dog loves this!
I've had this bed for almost a year, and it still looks and feels great! I ordered this for my dog, she's about 12 lbs, and this was the perfect size for her. I wanted a bed that would fit in our window box, so when she climbs in there to watch the squirrels/birds, she'll be able to lay down comfortably. This bed was exactly what I was looking for, and she loves it! Sometimes she even climbs into the window box to lay on it and go to sleep or just to have a little secluded spot to chew on her toys. If you want a soft, easy to clean, comfortable, reasonably priced pet bed then this is a great option.

Good, but fuzzy.
Good quality dog mattress, but the surface is fuzzier than I thought. My dog tends to scrape and chew fuzz, so we use it more as an outside mat so we can keep an eye on her when she uses it.

Doux et parfait pour une cage
Acheté pour remplacer le coussin de la cage de mon chiot qu’il avait déchiqueté joyeusement ! Il a la taille parfaite pour la cage (89 cm pour une cage de 90), ce qui n’est pas si évident à trouver (souvent trop grand/petit, large/étroit). Il peut également se mettre au sol, sur un lit etc... Il est super doux et paraît moelleux et confortable à souhait ! Mon chiot l a immédiatement adopté, c’est dire ! Par contre, j’ai été surprise de voir indiqué sur l’étiquette qu’il ne passait ni en machine ni en sèche linge alors que sur le descriptif du produit, il est indiqué le contraire. Ayant posé la question, d’autres personnes l’ont visiblement lavé et tout s’est bien passé... Je vous en dirai plus lorsqu’il sortira de la machine ???? Le rapport qualité/prix paraît bon, mon chiot valide le confort. Donc en attendant le test du lavage, on recommande ???? En espérant vous avoir été utile ????

She’s NEVER slept through the night until THIS bed........
We recently lost her “big” brothers to Cancer & Pulmonary Dystrophy very very close together and it’s been horrible for us all but Ela is the youngest and she’s NEVER slept alone. She was crying all night, every night so I thought her blankets smelled like the boys so I cleaned everything and I mean SCRUBBED, WASHED, VACUUMED and I even bought a new bed like the old one. Nothing worked. I was going crazy! Then, one day I’m surfing Amazon Heaven and ???? ???? BOOM ???? ???? THE angels smacked me so hard......THE BED!!! Not the smell!! Not it being NEW.....THE SIZE!!! She’s 2.5 lbs which is hard to tell in that photo because she JUST HAD A BATH AND IS SUPER FLUFFY and wrapped in her fave blankey, BUT......underneath is HER NEW SMALL BED!! That was her first night in it and she slept through the night!! Not a whimper!! (It was HORRIBLE because she’d cry and then I’d cry, for hours.....still do) but she’s so happy in “her” bed with HER blankey and it’s small so she doesn’t “feel” alone I think. She does love it and she digs under her blankey until she’s on the actual bed where, before, she had to have a blanket under and over her so clearly she loves the bed feeling itself. I was quite surprised at how High End looking and feeling it is. It actually looks like my Persian Lamb Coat that was my Grandmothers and it’s amazingly beautiful but that’s what it reminds me of, the tight super soft curls. Truly amazing. I know, not a normal “great bed” review but I really believe it played a part in her healing, and mine not to mention my sanity which I was losing from not having sleep. It’s now a corner with her water and her bed and blankey, and it’s Elsa’s and she’s happy again, as am I. It’s a lovely high quality bed and I just run the vacuum on it and to kill the dander mites that we all have, it goes out in the sun for the day. Hold a day on each side. Martha Stewart taught me that one with Duvets so it must work for a wee faux Lamb bed! ♥️♥️♥️

Should make it with a zip to save landfill.
I originally ordered two of these for my new puppies, Malinois X Dutch Herder. They are absolutely perfect. The soft swirly fleece covering appears to provide comfort to the pups and they both nuzzle it a lot and roll around before settling down to a nice long sleep. I have to say it is sooooo soft! Like who wouldn’t want to snuggle up on something so luxuriously soft! Honestly I was amazed at the softness. For the price I thought it would be a cheap and cheerful fleece that felt like it’s okay for a dog bed but not for humans… I disagree! I have warmed my toes many times while watching tv! ???? My older Dog, a Rhodesian Ridgeback has a super thick memory foam bed to provide comfort in his old age but he has insisted on stealing one of the pups beds! ????????‍♀️ So the third purchase is for a spoilt big pup. The beds are fairly squishy and perfect for little pups. It’s not ideal for my Ridgeback but he has insisted it is, his huge memory foam bed has become a trampoline for the little ones! I have washed two of the beds and they have come up okay. The cover has come up lovely and clean and retained its swirly soft feel. Ideally a little more stuffing would be appreciated as hollow fibre does flatten somewhat over time. For the money, they’re great but will probably be replaced for more expensive memory foam beds when the pups are fully grown, I doubt the filler will remain as puffed up after a few more washes. The bottom of the bed is a hard wearing black material which appears it may be waterproof. Ideal if the dogs have an mishaps as it will protect your flooring. I’m not sure I can comment on its chew proof capabilities as my pups haven’t tried. In my opinion as a seasoned dog owner is that it wouldn’t last five minutes with a dog that is inclined to chew his bed. I had a King Shepherd previously and he would have destroyed it in minutes. Nothing less than army canvas was safe!! I have not given it five stars as for an extra £1 they could have a zip, this would allow you to refill the inside with an old duvet when the original fillings is too flat. I appreciate I can unpick and sew it back up myself if necessary but I’d rather pay an extra £1 and have the ease of a zip. I imagine most people won’t want to faff around sewing and ultimately these beds will end up in landfill. Come on Amazon…….

Rather thin and slippery - dog unimpressed!
This dog bed, whilst as described size wise (and large enough for my huge hound), is actually very thin. It has a strange sort of quilted look about it (clearly visible in the pictures). Makes it look stylish, but sadly it also means there is no padding underneath these areas, nor close to them, so the only thing between large dog and hard floor is two layers of fabric. The whole bed is quite slippery and extremely lightweight, and my dog is not keen to go on it, even with his blankets over the top, as it slides away under his feet... Rather disappointed.
