Less Expensive Alternative
I have enjoyed using and wearing my Amazing GTS. I like the looks of it and use it mainly to monitor my heart rate, daily activities and workouts. I tried the sleep tracker. In the beginning it was fun to check in on my sleep, but it did not seem to be highly accurate. The same can be said for the step count. It seems to over count the steps. I think this because I have manually checked it against actually counting my steps and comparing what the watch counted. All this aside I do like the watch and will probably get another one day. Finally, I have yet to get the advertised battery life. I find I have to recharge at least once a week. The magnetic charger makes it a snap to do. So that is a nice touch.

You can't do better for the price - important setup info
I've kept looking for a replacement for my Pebble 2 for 4 years now. Nothing had BOTH 6+ day battery life plus the customization features of the Pebble and also didn't feel like a big heavy geeky watch on my small wrist. This watch is a nice medium/average size, looks good, and is comfortable. The display is beautiful and the interface is smooth and responsive (as of the latest firmware at the time of this writing.) This watch fit the bill, but it's not well suited for people that aren't prepared to spend some time tweaking settings and installing apps. The bad reviews come from (I think) a few bugs in the firmware/app early on and people's expectation this thing should be "plug and play" (or I guess in this case "wear and play") To get the most out of it and the best experience, you're going to need to spend some considerable time setting everything up (an hour or two) I don't have time to write a book, but here's the main tips: 1. Give the Zepp app all the recommended permisions EXCEPT DO NOT GIVE IT PERMISSION TO READ YOUR NOTIFICATIONS. The app is basically just going to serve as a conduit between the watch and a better app. Go ahead and register explore some settings but don't do anything regarding the watchface or notification settings. 2. Install the "Notify for Amazfit" app after you install the Zepp and use THAT app to configure and control your watch, NOT the Zepp App. The only thing this app shouldn't be configured to do is sync the weather. Have the Zepp app do that (at least that's the recommendation on the screen.) A big benefit of this app is you can set it to auto sync your calendar events with the Event Reminders function. There are some, very few, watchfaces (one is the stock one on the Zepp app) that will show the next event coming up on the watchface. Why virtually none of the custom faces have next even display kind of boggles me. So the event reminder auto sync is what you would need to do to see your next calendar event on the watchface. This will also let you scroll through your upcoming calendar events FROM THE WATCH. If you don't use the calendar auto sync reminder event function, you can still, or in addition, add your calendar app to your app notifications list so you'll get your calendar reminders notifications on your watch when they pop up on your phone. SPECIAL TIP: I need readers for reading and so smartwatches have to have a big clear display to be useful. This was a big improvement over the Pebble. While you can't change the notification font size, in the Notify for Amazfit app there's an option to make the notification text ALL CAPS. It made a small difference but it was significant enough to be the difference between me seriously considering returning the watch because I couldn't read the notification messages without reading glasses and keeping it. 3. Install the Amazfitfaces app. register an account and browse hundreds of faces and favorite the ones you like. This works better than the Amazfitfaces interface in the Notify for Amazfit app. Don't use the Download function in the app to install the watchface, use the Share function. When you use the share function you'll see an app called "Notify Watchface Installer" choose that app to install the watch faces. It's the simplest way. There's a lot of other little things. You'll spend hours exploring the Notifications for Amazfit app. It's quite powerful. Also, if when you first setup the watch or install a firmware update and the ignore/cancel incoming call buttons on the watch don't work, just reboot your phone.

Great starter smart watch
I've never owned a smart watch, so this review is with that in mind. I wanted to get one for several reasons. Mostly I wanted to work at being more active, so paying attention to how much I'm moving around each day was important. I have my phone, but I don't carry it with me all the time, especially as I'm moving around the house, so having some kind of fitness tracker seemed like a good idea. After looking at options I realized that it made more sense to spend money on getting a smart watch with fitness tracker features than just getting something that counted steps. After reading a bunch of reviews and looking at what was out there I decided to try the Amazfit GTS. I figured that if it didn't end up working in the end, I wouldn't be out several hundred dollars like I would with an iWatch. I think, as an entry level, this is a good solid option. I've had it for several weeks now and have used it daily, so I've gotten to see how it does with battery life, functions, accuracy, etc. Overall I'm really happy with it! The battery definitely doesn't last me two weeks, but in the past two weeks I've only charged it twice after the initial charge/set up, and it charged to full battery in about 30-45 minutes. When I did charge it I did it the first time when it was at 20% and the last time it was still at about 40%, so it didn't NEED to be charged. I like the Zepp App that works with the watch, though I've noticed the stress monitor isn't giving me any data. Everything else seems to work well. There's a ton in there! Some people mentioned that there were only a few face options - not true. In the app you can tap on your device and the first thing on the menu is "watch face". From there you can choose from over 50 watch faces, or customize your own. Within the watch face you can also decide what you want displayed, etc. The only glitch I've noticed is that a day or so ago the step count wasn't working properly. I would move around and notice that it wasn't adding new steps on, which then affected some of my goal achievements. I was frustrated because I'd only had it two weeks and had seen some reviews of people saying the watch stopped being accurate after a couple weeks. I looked around for info, and went through the app menu to see if I could find anything, update something, etc. In the Settings menu there's a "Behavior tagging" option. If you tap on that you go to a screen where you can choose an activity to monitor. The little "i" for info button said that it's a way to monitor for inaccuracies. I chose the "walk" option, started it on my phone, then just did normal activity where I was moving around in my house for a few minutes. Stopped it, and noticed that after that the step counter was working properly again. It seems as though it helped recalibrate things. Just wanted to share that for anyone who might have the same issue. Overall I'm really happy with my Amazfit GTS and would recommend it if you want a good starter smart watch.

Reloj bonito, funcional.
Es un reloj muy bonito, muy estético. Les recomiendo que compren una mica para la pantalla. Antes de este reloj, tenía un Huawei GT2 y ese reloj es de uso rudo y en los bordes tenía metal que cuidaba la pantalla, este es de uso delicado, no tiene nada que cuide la pantalla, es muy frágil, la primer semana se rayo. De ahí en fuera es un reloj muy práctico. Me estoy acomodando a su su sistema. Tiene para cambiar la canción de Spotify, tiene para nadar, correr, bicicleta, etc. Puedes rechazar las llamadas desde la pantalla, ver las notificaciones que tú elijas, FB, IG, Messenger o Whatsapp.

Excelente custo beneficio.
Espetacular muito bom, custo beneficio. Só deixa a desejar pq não atende ligação, mas ao adquiri-lo já sabia dessa limitação. Nada incomoda para dormir com ele. Tela bastante sensível ao toque. Uma variedade de telas lindas. O GPS, só funciona com o sinal do celular, portanto sempre tem que estar com os dois.

Pouco satisfeita .
Fiquei um pouco frustrada com o relógio pois em muitos exercícios, principalmente caminhada e corrida não marca corretamente a kilometragem, da uma diferença grande de 1 ou 2 kilometros na maioria das vezes , a principal intenção da compra era p essas marcações que não estão dando certo. Fora que um dos títulos dos exercícios vem como nado livre e um desenho de exercício com peso. Outro ponto chato foi que depois que chegou o relógio contatei o vendedor e não tive um retorno até agora. Sobre a aparência do relógio é bem bacana.

Great smart watch! (Watchband causes skin irritation)
First of all, I migrated from my beloved Pebble Time Kickstarter edition smartwatch, so it took quite a while for me to decide on something that had the features of always on display, water resistance and long battery life. The Amazfit GTS meets my needs plus it has such a beautiful bright colour screen. The main reason I made the switch was for the heart rate monitor, which I am absolutely loving after two weeks of owning this watch. The device seems to make reasonably accurate readings when I compare them to the heart rate monitor on the treadmill in my gym. They are almost identical every time I take a reading. The ZEPP app is not the best, tbh, so I added a secondary app called Amazfit Tools that gives better management of notifications. The two apps combined seem to exactly as desired, although it took a couple of days of playing around with the menus to understand how they work together and with the watch itself. I’m quite happy with them now. Sleep tracking has all the standard metrics, and I really enjoy checking it out in the morning. I actually plan my bedtime based on how I slept the night before. Battery life is terrific, I haven’t actually measured it but I’m recharging about once a week, and I keep everything running on max from the always on display to continuous heart rate monitoring, so I’m really pushing the battery use. I love this watch very much, but I had an issue with the silicone strap that came with it. Look at the photos attached to this review to see what happened to my wrist. It’s not painful, just a little bit itchy and I’m sure it will heal soon enough. I switched the watch to my other wrist and ordered a NATO watchband.

Excelente para regalar a alguien especial
Lo he usado poco, pero el rendimiento de la batería sorprende, el personalizar caratulas es excelente, las aplicaciones que se usan son zeep y notify. En general es muy bueno, dependiendo de la actividad, notificaciones, sensor para ritmo cardíaco, no tiene para presión.
