NOTA: utilizzare lampadine a incandescenza fino a 150 W o lampadine a led dimmerabili (NON UTILIZZARE: lampadine a 3 vie o CFL).

Interruttore on/off a pedale. Costruzione brevettata a doppia presa da 300 W. Paralume in metallo con downlight in vetro smerigliato. Finitura in acciaio spazzolato.

Okay, but it has some kinks - literally
Price was decent especially considering what it was for. Packaging was okay although there was some small gashes in it but nothing was damaged. Assembly was a little weird because the vertical poles come in two pieces, and while they screw together all right the joint is flexible somehow; you have to make sure that you line them up straight otherwise they won't be. Also note that the three legs are not totally centered in the middle of the base, I think that's so when you rotate the light the right way you can kind of tuck it into the corner of a room. Otherwise, when you look at it the wrong way it looks like it's bent off center. That all being said, it has two screw in light bulb sockets in it which actually worked out well for me because I put two smart light bulbs in it and the fixtures are flexible enough to where you can bend them to put them where you want them inside the diffuser dish. Bottom line after you work out all the kinks, they're fine.

Quality Control is POOR
First the good news: This is an attractively designed lamp in a nice brushed steel (matte) finish. With two 100 watt LED daylight bulbs, it's very bright. That's the good news. The bad news is the fit and finish of the parts is TERRIBLE. As other reviewers have noted, the parts don't fit together smoothly, giving the struts a bent appearance. Looking closely, you see the parts don't fit together right as they're a bit off center. I also had to bend the bulb sockets to get the bulbs in as the sockets were set too close to the shade. There's no way a 150 watt 3-way incandescent bulb would fit unless you bent the sockets out even more. The sockets are not "criss-cross" as shown in the diagram on Amazon. They're set next to each other on one side of the inside of the shade. As other reviewers also noted, the assembly instructions aren't well written. Although assembly was only about 15 minutes, the problem is it then takes another half hour to clean up all the zillions of small particles of styrofoam that came flying out of the box when it was opened. At least with the lamp on, you can see them. :) Also, the box came badly dented--I can't tell for sure when that happened, but my UPS guy told me he had to tape the box up when he was loading it onto his truck this morning because it was damaged. Thankfully, the lamp was intact. Overall, this lamp is a disappointment for nearly $100. I've seen better quality in $69 lamps at Home Depot. Unfortunately, it's too much trouble to disassemble it and try to return in the damaged box, but please think twice before ordering this lamp. Then order something else.

Very nice modern lamp for the price
Nice lamp, especially for the price. Nice brushed steel finish that blends in well in a modern decor. Easy to assemble and lots of light. Several previous reviews mentioned that you can see the 150 watt bulbs over the top of the lamp. I used two standard sized 60 watt bulbs, because that's what I had in the house, and they do not show over the top of the fixture. The two 60 watt bulbs are plenty bright for my living room so the lamp works great. I honestly can't imagine needing 300 watts of light from one lamp unless you are lighting a basketball gym. I like the floor switch but some may not like the switch on the floor.

FOOT SWITCH FAILED AFTER TWO MONTHS
I had great hopes because there was a built-in down light feature. I had also regarded Adesso as a quality name, and I liked the three-pole design. It was hard to assemble, but I was able to overlook that because it put out decent light in an apartment that lacks ceiling lights. HOWEVER, just as a prior reviewer noted, the LIGHT FAILED AFTER TWO MONTHS of use. The foot pedal switch simply stopped working. I typically turned it on and off once a day for general light during the evening, so that does not qualify as excessive use behavior. At this point, I'm giving up buying "cheap" torchieres. This is the third one that I've had to discard in under a year. This the first foot pedal that I've tried. The other failures had been on pole turn switches. Thus, the irony is that I got one with the foot pedal in the hope that it would hold up better. To be sure longevity will be high on my scrutiny list for future purchases at any price point.

Great Value
This is a lovely lamp, and for about $100, it is a really good value. It has enough design in it, so that it's not too bland but not too garish. Our living room in our rental home has no recessed lighting, and the room is so very dark. We love having the three-way switch, allowing you to set the mood in the room. The up light is terrific because it does not blind you, but you get all the brightness that you want, with up to 300 W of light. Assembly is fairly simple, with the exception of the little tiny screws. It is very easy to lose the screws during assembly, so put a white sheet under the area while assembling.

Floor lamp with 300 watts
I purchased this floor lamp because I needed something that would provide enough light in my large room. Many of the lamps do not allow 2 light bulbs that give 300 watts. I was not crazy over the design being modern but needed the light. It was easy to assemble, took about 15 minutes. I was so happy with how well it worked I ordered a second one. The only thing that could use improvement is the length of the cord which has an on off switch which you tap with your foot.

Stylish lamp
It was relatively easy to put together. It actually stood up straight when I finished!! That amazed me. I'm using 2 "100W" Cree LED bulbs, They give good light but stay below the top edge so no hot spot. I did have one micro screw at the top section that would not screw in properly. It didn't affect the structural integrity. Over all very happy and getting compliments on the look.

Not premium
Good light but poor manufacturing. Those little screws that hold the pols to the top lamp are a joke, not properly taped correctly. The pole was somewhat easy to assembled but looking at it, it just look crooked. I'll keep it for the heck of it. Trash it later and get something of better quality. Should have done that anyway!
