Works but a bit long

Works for running 2s batteries (ic3) on 3s connector (ic5). It adds quite a both of length with no real place to put it.

Just ensure the male and female are on the right sides and you’re good and with the smart charging it’s a great cable

Works great easy-to-use.

Changed my arrma typhon 550 mega. To 3s brushless and this was exactly what I needed. To use my batteries with ic3 plug. To ic5 esc. Only thing is the wires are very long. When hooked up to battery wire. But works great.

Learn from my mistake

I blame no one but myself. The manufacturer calls this device (right on the packaging) "IC5 Battery to IC3 Device" That DOES NOT MEAN that it connects and IC5 battery to an IC3 device. What it means is that on one end it has an IC5 battery style connection (the type that would be on a battery) and the other end has an IC3 device style connection (the type that would be on a an IC3 charger or ESC). In order to connect and IC5 battery to an IC3 device you need the adapter called "IC3 Battery to IC5 Device" (SPMXCA507).

Label it correctly

Spektrum is trying to rewrite things and set themselves apart with this newer line of stuff. But they’ve messed up. “Ic5 battery / Ice3 device.” Any logical person would read “this connects a Ice5 battery to a Ice3 device”. But it doesn’t. It connects a Ice3 battery to a Ice5 device!!!! I bought 3 of Spektrum’s super expensive smart Li-Po batteries and the battery/servo device to program them and have had to buy too many different adaptors and connectors which I’d planned. But they label their stuff so poorly I’m just about to start returning it all and go with cheap lipos.

Falsche Artikelbeschreibung

Das Teil verbindet keine IC5-Batterie mit einem IC3-Gerät. Die Stecker sind spiegelverkehrt. Es verbindet eine IC3-Batterie mit einem IC5-Gerät. Die Produktbeschreibung ist also für die Tonne. Zudem benötigt der Versand entgegen der Beschreibung mit Prime zwei Tage obwohl es nur ein Brief mit 13 g ist. Nachdem meine erste Sendung leider auf dem Postweg verloren gegangen ist und ich 5 Tage warten musste bevor das bestätigt wurde habe ich nachbestellt und wieder zwei Tage gewartet. Falsches Teil bekommen - gleich wieder nachbestellt (Freitag Mittag) und natürlich kommt das Teil erst am Montag. So - mein Urlaub wäre dann vorbei und mein neues RC Auto steht seit eineinhalb Wochen ungenutzt im Keller. Schönen Dank Amazon! Merke ich mir! Dann kauf ich nächstes mal doch lieber beim RC-Laden meines Vertrauens. Ich hätte ja gerne ein Bild hinzugefügt - aber "leider hat etwas nicht geklappt". Scheint hier ja zur Gewohnheit zu werden.
