Much better than the rest

The 54" cover fit my John Deere D105 perfectly. We live on the coast and frequently have high winds that last for days. The heavy fabric, strong elastic, and corner straps on this cover would probably endure a category 3 hurricane. I've had 2 John Deere branded covers, they had no corner straps and the thin shock cord stitched into the border wasn't nearly enough to keep them from blowing off. The old covers were faded and starting to shred after a single season. The Classic Accessories cover is almost a year old and still looks new even after being outside the whole time. I'm really pleased with my purchase, it was slightly more expensive than the previous covers but a much better value in the long run.

A good heavy storm protection for your tractor.

This is my second (same) cover for the same tractor. I had to replace it because of heavy damage caused by feral cats that caused a very wide 3 foot cut to the bottom section. The only complaint is that the nylon straps can suffer from sun damage when exposed to the sun for years. The cover does come with a very heavy duty elastic which helps to encapsulate the cover on the tractor without really needing to use the nylon clip straps. That is if you don't get very heavy winds (tornado).

No Problems

We are beginning our third year for the lawn tractor cover. We cover a John Deere X739 for seven months outdoors. Not a single problem. It is starting to fade but that is to be expected. It has not ripped any place. Fits like a glove.

This cover is significantly better than the one I got for my RV unit which cost a whole lot more than the lawn mower cover. I am very pleased with it. It is going to last me for years I am sure.

Very heavy duty

Bought a new Cub Cadet XT2 LX46 in September 2022. I always keep mower in my tarp shed. But my old mower would still get dirty in my tarp shed. So I decided to get a cover for my new Cub. Lots of options to choose from. I chose this cover after reading reviews on this one and many others. Can’t speak for the others I read about but I can say that this heavy duty cover by Classic Accessories is indeed a heavy duty cover. It also has straps in the front, center and rear that can be unclipped if you choose not to use them. The elastic gathering cord sewn into the cover around the bottom feels heavy as well. It fits my LX46 absolutely perfectly. It’s nice and taught so it should shed water if you leave it outside. It looks exactly like the picture sitting on my LX46. If you don’t mind spending the extra money (almost double) to get a good quality heavy duty cover, then I would say this cover is the one.

You only get what you pay for.

This is a great cover and much improved over previous covers offered by classic. This is much heavier than previous offerings. I bought this new improved cover in 2021 for $87. Prices have gone way up but still think it's worth the $$. I have a Cub Cadet XT3 GSX tractor with a 48" deck which is a big garden tractor. I ordered the large, 62in version and it fits perfect with a little room to spare. I store the tractor under a deck so it doesn't get full weather exposure but it's very durable and just about impervious to water & snow. It should last for years.

The perfect cover for my needs.

Finally a mower cover that won't blow away! After losing 3 so called heavy duty covers this one does more than I expected. Check to see how water resistance it is and mower was dry after high winds with rain and snow. The durability and quality is excellent. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cover for their lawn tractor.

Definitely a better cover than most

This cover is definitely of a decent quality. I bought the one for up to a 54" deck. Just as a point of reference for others my unit is a John Deere S100 series with a 42" deck and it fits really nicely. It is a heavy duty material equipped with vents, is still fairly light weight and comes with a limited 4 year warranty. It has 4 adjustable straps for securing it and covers the wheels and deck completely. If you have a larger unit I would go with the one for the 62" deck but I do recommend this product.

Wow...exceptional quality in this day of mediocre mass-production!

Outside of responding to Consumer Reports requests for evaluations, I virtually never submit reviews regarding products that I purchase. However, I was so impressed with the quality of the Classic Accessories cover for my John Deere D140 tractor that I felt obliged to complement them on an exceptionally well designed and made product...very rare these days that something I ordered/bought exceeded my expectations by such a great margin...especially considering the very reasonable price. Not only was the material truly heavy-duty, the sewing of the seams was solid (double stitching) and flawless, the elastic perimeter cord and strap connecting flaps were impressively reinforced as were the breathing vents, and it fit my JD 140 perfectly even though I have a second ball hitch installed on the rear of it. The visual looks and sewn-in markings for front/back and left/right were bonus, and unexpected features. Altogether, I couldn't be happier with this purchase and will certainly check this company's offerings in the future whenever I am looking for products similar to those they produce.

Great product

The package I received was not wrapped in any way. Not even plastic. The box was damaged and clearly had been opened. Other than that, the product itself is very sturdy. Bought it for our John Deere lawn tractor. You do the straps up around the wheels to hold it on which is a bit of a nuisance but yes I would recommend it.

First Impressions Are Good

I have not had the product long but it fit well on my 42" Husqvarna lawn tractor and seems very well built. It appears the material, stitching, buckles and straps are of good quality and should all be quite durable. Time will tell but I will be surprised if it doesn't stand up.

Great cover

This is a nice cover. Has been used for 4 months now and Only starting to sun fade a little. Tight fit, withstood some very windy days and no leaks. Too good in my opinion to use in the winter.
