Colorful, Yes.
This tape does look like the description however if you look closely you'll find out that this is some profoundly thin duct tape with a visible netting similar to some of the cheapest duct tape I've ever found... The colors are accurate but had I known the quality of this 3M product I would have paid more and gotten a higher quality vinyl tape without the very visible netting. In my experience tape this cheap doesn't last long even though this brand is from 3M I have no hope for it, but time will tell.

Good tape, people still don’t pay attention
We have it on the shop floor to kinda indicate that you’re not supposed to go in the shop area. People still ignore it but whatever. Tape works great. Stay put on the linoleum floor.

The yellow color is dull
I got this to mark the cabinet in my garage that contain flammable oil-based paints and varnishes. The yellow is pretty dull and doesn’t stand out as much as a “warning” tape should.

This works great to warn of a small step you wouldn't expect it.

Works well to draw attention to hazards, easily visible in peripheral vision. Modest strength.
I bought this to mark the edge of low hanging return air ducts in our basement. It works very well for this purpose making it much more comfortable to walk around because it's very easy to gauge how close you are to the edge of the ducting when it has this tape on it. The strength is modest, I would not use it for any application that requires the tape to hold something together, but for its stated purpose (marking hazards) it's great.
