Nice rocks, manageable size for a fun project
Great rocks for my grandchildren to paint. They had lots of fun making rocks for themselves and their friends! A few of the rocks had uneven surfaces or broken ends, but most were intact and very smooth. Two of three bags had mostly smaller rock, and the two others had medium-sized rocks. (Before buying these, we had painted larger landscaping river rocks from the nursery, but these were just perfect for our current projects. I'd buy them again.)

Very nice
These are very nice. They were all black unlike other reviewers mentioned. I did anticipate more, but that is my own fault for not paying attention to exactly how much was in each package. I used them in a pot with a fake topiary plant. I will be ordering another set to fill in the spaces I need.

Many of the stones were broken and they were much smaller than the pix shows. I was going to use them to paint words on but not quality enough for that so I put them in a vase for my Bamboo plants for stability.

Great value!!
I'm very happy with these rocks. I wanted to try my hand at rock painting, and these are exactly what I was looking for: they are flat, smooth, and shiny, and the size is just perfect. I love that the color is a rich dark black - I won't need any basecoat to get the designs to pop. Both bags arrived intact without a single cracked or broken stone. I will definitely be buying more - if my paintings turn out alright!

Not what I expected
They weren't as polished as I had thought they would be, but they served the purpose well. They seemed oily, and so had to wash them thoroughly before I used them.

Bought for bathroom sinks, granted I didn't take any extra measures to protect polish but after just a cpl of months, polish is gone and toothpaste stains remain. Just wrong stone for my intended use.

Very nice stones - I ordered 2 sets as the first set I ordered had about 20 larger odd shaped stones with some stripes but the second set I ordered was mostly smooth and no stripes. I like the product - the stones are nice.
