Perfect for those looking to grow stronger nails faster!
I personally suffer from damaged nails due to constant biting, etc in my youth years. I’m currently on a recovery process and this oil Comfort Zone has been a great help in rejuvenating my nail bed and cuticle health. It isn’t a cheap oil, currently ~£18 for 15ml but it’s worth every penny and here is why. Comfort Zone isn’t a brand I’m familiar with but it’s left a very positive impression on me and I’ll be restocking once I’m finished with this oil. It’s helped grow my nails very fast, especially after manicure, without being as fragile as they used to be. As it’s also marketed as a hand oil, I’ve been applying a little onto a dry patch on my knuckle (from boxing) and it has helped reduce dryness and flakiness of the skin in this region. The dropper and glass bottle are of excellent quality too. As for the smell, it is practically odourless and you’ll only be able to make out the smell of the natural oils packed within (full extensive list can be seen on the product box and on the amazon listing). If you’re looking for the best results, you will need to pay the premium as I’ve yet to find an oil as effective and natural as this one by Comfort Zone, 5 stars and would strongly recommend!

The most effective and nourishing hand oil I have ever tried
Comfort zone specialist hand oil is probably the most effective and nourishing hand oil I have ever tried, and I’ve tried many! This is very rich oil and I could feel the difference in my dry hands almost immediately and once it had fully absorbed my hands felt soft and supple and looked better than they had in years, gone were my sandpaper-like-knuckles and dry cuticles that look unsightly and catch on my clothing and I now have hands to be proud of! It does take a few minutes to fully absorb so I found putting it on at bedtime was better for me, especially if I’d gone a little overboard - a little really does go a long way! It has a delicate scent - a kind of curry/herby smell - but this is very faint and disappeared soon afterwards. I love that it’s free from parabens and animal derivatives which means it’s non animal tested too ???????????? I feel that at £18.00 it is worth this price as the improvement in the condition of my hands was astonishing. I highly recommend this product.

Cuticle oil
Primarily, this is a cuticle oil that can also be used on the entire hand if your skin is really dry. My hands are so dry and sore that they definitely fall into that category due to the additional hand washing and sanitising that is currently required, so I applied to the entire hand and paid particular attention to the nail bed and cuticles. There is a scent that is mild and not unpleasant. After use, my nails took on a glossy sheen, but the oil wasn’t really absorbed into my hands and it didn’t do anything to sooth my sore skin. Some time after use, the oil remained visible and my hands felt as though they were crying out for moisture, so I had to apply cream and only then did they feel hydrated. This seems to work on nails and cuticles, which is what it is primarily aimed to be used for. It didn’t do anything for my hands whatsoever and I wouldn’t get it with that in mind.

Softens Cuticles
This oil worked well to soften my cuticles for manicure and pedicure. It was easy to use and I needed very little of it which implies that this product is long-lasting. I also like that it is vegan-friendly and contains natural ingredients. The two reasons why I have 4 stars are as follows. First, I was not really keen on the smell of this oil. It is difficult for me to even describe it but it felt close to the smell of sunflower oil which is not ideal for beauty products. Second, the oil did not get absorbed by my skin and left it oily which messed my manicure tools and they needed throughout cleaning afterwards. To sum, this oil does its’ main job to soften cuticles but the smell and lack of absorption makes it less attractive to use in the future.

For very dry skin
I wanted this for my Partner as he has very dry, cracked hands and fingers from cancer treatment and it's hard to find something that really works. This oil is in a small container but a little drop goes a long way, the pipette helps to control how much you are using. The oil takes a little while to absorb, my partner mainly focused on his finger tips which are so dry and cracked he has to glue them up sometimes so needs to supple the skin up. The oil eventually seeped in and made the skin feel softer for maybe a couple of hours but as his skin is so dehydrated products never have a lasting effect! Good for a quick fix for dryness, it's quite pricey but you only need a small amount to be effective so it will last a long time.
