Overpriced but does the job
Definitely shouldn’t be so pricey but it works for the space I have and it was very easy to assemble.

Great item.. but
So I'm really excited to use this in my remodeled laundry room.. it arrived on time and in good condition. All parts present. Then there's the instructions. Thankfully its not too involved. In papers there are alphabets fir each part. Not on packaging. So read carefully before getting started and work out in your head. Step two is literally all the middle part in one direction. Both middle pieces are exactly the same with same holes. But you don't use all holes on top part.. so its best to work it out before you start. The front part gave me a bit of problem trying to get all flat to tighten cams. Other than that took me about an hour.

Easy to install and looks great!
With the instructions that came along with this cabinet, it was super easy to put it together. The weight of this cabinet is not too much, and that makes the job much easier. You will definitely have to take measurements and all and will also need a leveler. I simply installed the angled blocks at 1 inch distance from the sides. Also, purchased another set of angle blocks to provide a little more support. The price is THE BEST on Amazon, could not find any other cabinet cheaper than this one. If your purpose is to install a cabinet which is sturdy, not too heavy and easy to install, go for this one with full confidence.

Cheaply and Carelessly Made - Would not recommend or purchase again
Overall this product is cheaply and carelessly made. I received mine and it was missing at least two pre-drilled pilot holes. This was incredibly frustrating because I don't like drilling into this type of pressed, sawdust wood, but here I was, having to. I'm not sure if it's the cheap wood or the choice of screws, but 1 or two of the screws simply wouldn't hold. The quality control for the holes for the arched dividers was minimal as well. I had one divider that went in very easily but would also pop out. I had another one that I don't think I'll ever be able to pull out. Overall I think there is just no quality control on this product at all. I guess I should have taken it as a red flag when the product listing on Amazon says "Zenna Home" and the actual product instructions say "Zenith (r)" "Zenith Products Corp". There seems to be a disconnect here. Too bad because this was the only product I could find that looked classy and fit the small space between my toilet and sink. I hesitate to even move it though because I just feel like it's going to break.

MacGyver Solutions for Substantial Flaws
All I wanted was a TP storage unit to dispense a box of facial tissue rather than a roll of toilet paper. This is the only product on Amazon to meet those requirements and it has a LOT of flaws. I was able to MacGyver my way into making this work but still I’d really like to know, why is what I want so hard to find? FLAW #1: The instructions are worthless, I just tossed them out in favor of common sense. It was much easier to move the pieces where they were supposed to go and flip them around until they fit the way they should. FLAW #2: Instructions say to assemble the base piece first and then slide the middle shelf-piece into place before screwing the last four screws up into the underside of the lid. DO THE OPPOSITE. The approx. 5 inches between that shelf-piece and the lid are NOT enough space to push those screws in straight while keeping everything flush without warping or splitting the wood. FLAW #3: Cabinet will not hold a standard cube of Puffs facial tissue. Since that was my primary reason for buying this product in the first place, I forced the box to fit by slicing off an inch from its base and taping the sides back together before closing the cabinet door on a sloppy MacGyver fix. FLAW #4: Cabinet is SHORT! But to be fair this is not a matter of false advertising only poor design. Product is said to hold 4 rolls of toilet paper and it actually holds 5 (Angel Soft Mega Roll) but it still looked very strange sitting a full 4-6 inches below the bathroom counter and approx. 2 inches under the toilet flush. I fixed this too by setting the cabinet on top of a spare trash can flipped upside-down and covered in shiny white fabric. Hallelujah, my new cabinet looks great and works as it should. Still, the flaws are VERY real.

Cheap material with faulty web description.
The wood fails to hold the screws tightly, almost as it the wood is not compressed enough. I was afraid to tighten them further in case it strips the wood. Further, the inner cabinet has no shelves as such, only its floor, yet the Amazon web description says "With both open and concealed shelving". It can really do with at least 1 shelf dividing the large hidden cabinet in 2. This is a real failure. The 15 minute assembly time took over an hour and in one or two spots the instructions were impossible to understand. The supplied screws to hold the magnetic clips were too long, and protruded through the top of the cabinet. I am disappointed, and will send it back if I can't find a shelf that will fit in the inner cabinet.

Doors fit poorly.
I got the doors in and there was a huge (1/4") gap at the top. I put two metal washers about 1/16" thick under each hinge and after tweaking the hinge screws, I got a nice even 1/8" gap all around. I just need something to get rid of clutter and am not concerned about having a fancy looking bathroom. It does the job inexpensively and that is more important.

Expensive
Very expensive for what it is! Came flat packed. Some screws did not fit! Cheap looking and small! Would probably get better from IKEA and a lot lot cheaper!

It’s alright
The cabinet is easy enough to put together. Looks very classy, very nice. Only problem is that I’ve been noticing the laminate covering the presses board looks like it is already swelling and splitting open. As if swelling from moisture. We have it in our bathroom. Good value for money, unfortunately not an item that you will be able to expect to last for even a year.

Hard to argue - it's cheap and it works
Meh, it's incredibly cheap as others have mentioned. It fits a need, it's affordable, but it's essentially a placeholder for something better. The finish is poor, the production quality is low, and it scuffs easily. I'm not sure how long it will stand up to the rigors of washroom life, but it'll do until the washroom itself gets a makeover. It arrived well-packed, with all the parts and assembled easily. Compared to equivalently priced stuff from a certain swedish brand, it feels too cheap, but there aren't that many options available in this price range anywhere.
